    if I could give this thing less than one star I would have, dell support is less than helpful in any matter ,computer came with a non removable broadband cap, and now is slow as heck, never will buy one again..my 10 year old gateway runs circles around this thing

    for the money I was expecting a much better product than I got, Ethernet lan and wireless connections are restricted to a max of 100 Megs (average speed is 70) my old beat up gateway connects at over 300megs, needless to say I regret this purchase, I should have purchased a Acer, more bang for the buck..
