This is an awesome laptop. So easy to use. Very lightweight too.

Having a keyboard and a touch screen on a combination laptop/tablet in a convenient size has many advantages once you get used to it. Scrolling is much easier using your finger instead of the mouse. The screen fills the available space. The unit is thin and easier to carry than my old laptop. The mouse still comes in handy when your finger is too fat to select from a list.

The anti virus was already expired because it was a store demo. Went to see a store clerk and he said I could buy one over there pointing to the anti virus area. Very disappointed in the customer service. I figured I should have at least had the 90 day trial to start. Other than that I recommend this laptop with the caveat make sure it has anti virus to start.

This is my first laptop and did my research and went to best buy. The best buy team answered all my questions and for what I needed ended up with this dell. It is fast and very user friendly! I love how you can use it in three different modes plus it's touch screen! Dell has really upped its game and I would buy from them again!

Recently updated my desktop and find this Laptop fits my needs. If you are gamer, this is not for you. I use this for searching the web, buying on Amazon etc. I downloaded photos off of my iPhone as well. This is also a great laptop for students. I do a lot on excel which you will have to purchase in addition to the laptop

This laptop has been a huge asset for my business and personal use. Very convenient to carry in my backpack. Performance and functions are what make my use extremely easy to use. The fact that you can flip it all the way open to just show the screen work wonders for sharing pictures/information with others. Good job Dell!!

Purchased this laptop for the family to use at home. Simple design to use and navigate, touch screen was a big bonus. Speaker quality was very satisfying. Children currently use it for digital school and it works great with the built in camera. Quality laptop at a reasonable price.

I absolutely love my Dell- Inspiron. It has all the features that I wanted and more. It is much faster than my old HP was. I love the fact that I can use it as a tablet as well. I would whole-heartily recommend this item to anyone who is looking for a laptop computer.

Good laptop for the price - very fast for light to moderate use.

This little beauty has the works here. even has the camera and mike built in so our guy can join us from home on video chats. Truly I almost kept it for myself. Small enough to make it easy to slip in a and out of a bag- big enough to see on the screen. i5, 256G, 8GB memory? Great value!!

I haven't had my new laptop that long, a couple of weeks after getting all my apps installed by pros. It's probably too early to draw conclusions but so far it's going well. It's fast just like all my new computers have been when they're new so take it with a grain of salt. I'm very pleased with it to this point and hope it's going to remain so.

Absolutely have loved this Dell laptop since purchasing. It replaced an older Samsung that was no longer useable. Has plenty of power and speed for the average user. I’m not a gamer, so I can’t attest to that. Touchscreen and tablet mode have been more useful than I thought. Would definitely recommend.

Working within the finance department of our school district, I need to be able to look at two screens simultaneously and the district only provided a desktop. Also when visiting schools I need to be able to have quick access. The screen size is perfect to share info, but not too large to be bulky.

I had a Dell computer years ago when I worked and I loved it! So I was hoping they still made a quality product when I purchased my new Dell Inspiron. I was not disappointed! My new computer is as good as my old Dell and I will only buy Dells from now on. It is fast, and has a beautiful screen!

I enjoy this computer, the speed is great. Very thin & compact.

Bought it for my dad who isn't too computer savvy. While the laptop itself is pretty good, all the bloat that it comes with can be really annoying for a novice who just needs something that starts and goes. My dad replaced this with a Surface laptop.

1st Dell I have bought. I have had HP in the past for a far less price. I am still learing about this laptop. Its very nice. I wish it had a lip for easy opening. I got this on sale for a great price. I don't give it 5 stars because I am still learning what this can do.
