Best laptop for the specs, price, quality and overall performance. I’m currently in class for roughly 6 hours and the battery at full charge + battery save mode lasts the entire period and more without having to look for the nearest outlet. Fast processor even when multiple apps running in the background at the same time. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Love my Dell - this is my 4th Dell workhorse. Fast, great graphics, good storage, the keyboard/mouse placement is better than my last one-I don't seem to be mistakenly hitting the mousepad with this one. the only negative for me is the hinge only goes to 45 degrees, my last Dell I could angle the screen/camera in different angles to accommodate different table/desk heights.

I purchased the Dell Inspiron 16 Plus Laptop for home use and to upgrade to Windows 11. Best Buy had it in stock and ready for pickup in an hour. Even on sale, their price was $200 lower than Dell. Once I got my new Dell home, I found set-up was easy and quick. With a few customizations, my new 2-in-1 laptop was ready for battle. I love the midnight blue case and the fact that I can use it as a tablet with the touch pen, or use the keyboard. Battery life has been great so far. Boot up time is very short. The fingerprint logon makes life easier as does the backlit keyboard. I highly recommend this product and Best Buy.

I have had several Dell computers over the years and knew I wanted another to replace my older desktop. It had to have 32GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD. I found it on sale on the Best Buy site, placed my order and picked it up in the store a day later. The pick up took less than 10 min. I love the beautiful blue color and the display is great! I also bought a new Dell monitor to use when docked. Thanks for making it an easy experience.

I am enjoying having a personal computer again after not having one for 9. Color is great! The touch screen is something new I am adjusting to but no problem there. This computer is fantistic I figure out something new I can do with it every time I use it. I don't know how I have managed without one for so long, there is only so much you can do with a cell phone. Best purchase ever along with new printer too!

Had to have & must say I do love the blue. 10 mos in, & almost daily use, would say the laptop is performing well. Battery life when fully charged - abt 8 hrs. Recommended security software only. Scans run daily. My work laptop/thinkpad would be glued to my lap 10 hrs a day without issue, so was shocked at how very HOT the device gets, and how quickly it gets there. It can't sit directly on anyone's lap for any real amount of time. Not the best option for those who tend to be on-the-go. The connection for the charge to the laptop is highly fragile. Just had to purchase my second one in less than a year. The part plugging into the laptop can bend quite easily. Once the silver connection port is bent, when plugged in to an outlet, even though the cord displays a light, it's unlikely that the device will make a connection with the laptop to actually charge the device. You'll want to pay very close attention to your charging indicator on the bottom right of your computer screen. The 1st time my charger failed I didn't even realize it. 1 star reduction for these issues. You'll also want to ensure to get the correct replacement charger. The Insignia Universal Charger IS NOT COMPATIBLE with the device. Don't let the Geek Squad ship this charger in error.

Excellent laptop for students It easily handles my daily tasks like browsing, streaming, and light photo editing without any lag. The keyboard is very comfortable for long typing sessions, and the display is bright and clear, which is great for working indoors and outdoors.

This notebook is sleek, fast and powerful enough to handle all of my project planning, web design and day trading applications. Love this product and the sale price could not be beat.

If could give no stars I would. Purchased this laptop at the Southpoint Durham location and had it shipped out to me due to it not being in stock. Great specs on paper and a good price. This was a bday gift to my daughter for her senior year in high school. After receiving on the 4/27/25 the very next day it gave the bsod. I thought maybe it needs to do updates. We did those and it did it again when she started her computer the next day. Saw that there was a needed bios update did that. Still the same thing. NOW it keeps freezing up once it eventually comes on and mouse will not move. Contacted Dell customer support and they ended the call saying they were getting disruption on the line and will call me back. Call back did not happen. Best Buy will not take the laptop back due to it being outside of the 14 day window. My only thing now is how do I get full refund for this computer so I can purchase a different brand? I have had several Dell computers over the years and never had any issues. Evidently their quality has gone down now. Its very unfortunate coming from a Dell user of 20 years.

This review is more about Best buy customer service than about the laptop itself. I bought the open box-excellent condition laptop online. To my shock they sent me a laptop in best buy’s packaging, not original packaging. There were no accesories. The back of laptiop had the stickers removed and screches. This laptop at best would fit Open box-fair description. I called the customerservice and asked them to adjust the charge to reflect open box- fair price. The CS agent refused to do that. She instead said i can return the laptop at any store or if they have in stock for an exchange. I am going to return it. But it has been such a waste of time. When I said to the CS this is essentially a fradulent description on best buys part, she said that mistakes do happen and that is why she is giving me the option to return it at store! I feel this is toally unacceptable that I have to make trips to store for something that could have been easily fixed over phone!

Great laptop just what grandson need for vocational school and a great price
