One wonderful machine. Zero complaints. Huge beautiful screen, keys feel great, every type of port available, multiple secured ways to log in, ssd, and really good battery life between chargers. Not to mention the very fast processors. I’m coming from an about 15yr old or so HP Beats edition laptop that’s still going strong. Unfortunately some problems/apps weren’t upgrading because of the old processor. I’m glad they made me upgrade.

I bought this laptop to prepare for computer science and so far it has served me well. It has great battery life and loads pretty fast when using multiple apps. I haven’t run into any issues just concerns about how hot it gets (can be solved with a cooling pad) or when listening to something with audio it glitches once for about 1 second. These to problems are VERY minor and I thoroughly enjoy and recommend this laptop to anyone who is in the market.

I needed a versatile laptop for work and personal use, and this has been fitting the bill. The screen gets very bright for use outdoors in sunlight (I tested in-store to find a bright one) and the battery lasts a long time. Tons of memory. No regrets.

I have had apple laptop for 8 years. It is time to get a new one. I wanted to have a Microsoft program laptop because it can be used with a few apps that I need. I got it right. This Dell laptop is very fast, as fast as my old apple. I chose 16" screen because I have to do a lot of paperwork and reading. I go big. It is very beautiful and looks like you're driving a Porche when you use it in public. LOL

The two things I would add to the reviews already given below are that it most definitely is heavy. This is not a deal killer for me, but if you are someone who will carry this around all day, you should probably visit a Best buy and feel the weight for yourself. It is not a light laptop. Also, I don't know why they are saying it does not come with a fingerprint reader. I just bought this today and it most definitely has a fingerprint reader which I set up and am using to log on. You can see from some other customer photos that it has a fingerprint reader, and I will include a photo here. I may update this after I owned it longer, but right now it feels like a fantastic deal with great specifications. One other thing, you will see with a little research that this laptop has little to no upgrade ability. 16. Of RAM is plenty for me, and one terabyte of storage is plenty but I also bought an external to terabyte SSD drive in case I want to bring my movie collection along. I am very happy with this purchase.

Amazing laptop with long lasting battery life and durability is on another level. I got this for my 14 year old for his birthday. It is the perfect laptop for school work, video editing, and a bit of gaming. The display is like 4k. The speakers are perfect.

Needed the laptop ASAP for school for a specific class. The laptop is great. Sometimes it has a few glitches here and there but it could be that I have to update it. The mouse also kinda ticks me off, I’m not sure if it’s because it’s really big so I always end up right clicking it and clicking on the wrong thing. However, I think just purchasing a decent mouse works just as well, and honestly more comfortable to use rather than keeping my hand in that spot of the laptop. Runs really well overall.
