I bought this product because my 2013 laptop is old and slow. Unfortunately, this product is slower than my old computer. I think what I bought is defective and I cannot return it anymore. As you can see the image below, internet rakes about 4-5 seconds to open and it's the same with any software. The mouse keeps freezing. Word documents are doesn't work sometimes. I am extremely upset.

This all in one touchscreen computer is lightning fast! Great memory and, the best computer I have have owned to date.

Bought a Dell Inspiron All In One Computer. Wireless Keyboard and Wireless Mouse. It was an open Box Excellent Geek Squad Certified. Got it home and there was a WIRED KEYBOARD, when clearly on the box and inside instructions, it told me that it was wireless. Called the Kokomo Store waited online for 20 min. Finally someone answered in another state. I told her what happened and I said I want to talk to the manager. Another 10 min hold, he gets on and says he will send me a wireless keyboard (A generic one)!! See pictures below. Keyboard was a wired HP?????? If I wanted junk, I could have pieced one together for alot cheaper. NEVER BUY AN OPEN BOX ITEM! Im driving an hour back to Kokomo to return it.

So far , this machine works well . It is pretty fast . Convenient touch screen and the mouse and keyboard work well . The mouse that came with the computer was defective - the right mouse click button was broken , but we had a back up . Good for the low price . Does email , Facebook , web search , news page and other things we might not even use . Buy yourself one and see ...

I bought this as an open box over the weekend, I can tell you a few things so far: the screen is quite nice, it was slow running at first, but I got rid of the bloatware, including McCafee security (or whatever it's called); also, where I live, the wi-fi isn't great so i pickedup a wi-fi extender from Amazon and no problems with speed now. I'll say this also, the bluetooth drivers disappeared overnight, literally. I've tried EVERYTHING to re-install, and I mean everything and can't get it back on my computer for whatever reason. That is concerning and an inconvenience, as I have keyboard, mouse and headphones that use bluetooth. I'm still within the 14-day return period, and as I really want to keep this beautiful machine, it all depends on anything else "disappearing".

A very nice, high quality computer system. Very clear concise screen, colors, excellent. I replaced my old computer system which had a hard drive and so on. I was able to easily plug everything in and the computer functioned very well in a short time. I am only some what experienced with these computer issues. However, it was relatively easy to set-up. A bit of a learning experience for me with the cords but not to much trouble. The touch tone screen helps to enlarge stuff, especially when shopping. Cortana is a nice option like Alexa and Suri. Could use a few more outlets in the back. Otherwise, I really enjoy working on this system.

I’m not to savvy with the computer but it was an easy set up I love the camera it’s very convenient the screen is extra big and easy on the eyes I give it 5 stars

Overall, an affordable all-in-one PC. Would recommend. Pros: no bulky tower, limited wires (wireless keyboard and mouse), large screen. Cons: USB ports are on the back of the device and near the stand attachment so plugging in can be a bit of a challenge (planning to purchase a USB hub to alleviate this issue).

I love this computer. Nice big screen, easy to use, fast. I like the all-in-one option. Takes up less space. I'm happy with it.

I bought this for the family room for everyone to use. This computer has exceeded my expectations. Not very fast but it's able to do all of the basics. For the price, I would say go for it!

It is a good computer but I have had it for 2 months now and since the second I plugged it in there is a loud race car humming type noise coming from the back. Computer works fine maybe a bit slow at times. I can't get in touch with anyone anywhere through Best Buy to help me troubleshoot it. I get it we are in a "crisis" but it is getting a bit ridiculous. I bought the computer right before things got bad. When we originally ordered it I dropped off my old computer an asked them to transfer everything from that one to the new one. That took 2 weeks. Then when I went to pick it up they didn't do that so I had to wait another 2 weeks for them to do it. They even noticed on the work order that I had asked them to do that. I called 2 times and kept getting this woman who seemed pretty put off that I was calling to ask for the status of my computer. 30 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up my computer I called again and they said it wasn't ready yet but will be soon and was told to call back. I called back and they said it was ready. I am not sure what that was all about. Anyway...it is a computer. It does what it is supposed to do.

I recently transitioned to working from home and was wanting something simple and sleek to use. I was using an old laptop hooked up to a monitor. Very pleased with how quickly the shipment was delivered. Box was in good condition. Monitor was securely protected by styrofoam. Easy to get set up and logged in. Runs fast and picture looks great. Super happy with my purchase.

This is a great all in one device. The mouse and keyboard are both wireless allowing for a nice, simple fresh look. The device runs sufficiently for anybody doing light day to day work. Browsing the web, Netflix, office, this device can handle it. Don’t expect to go playing any newer games with this device. Although a lot of older games 5 years and beyond should play at least at medium settings. There is a hidden webcam feature which allows the webcam to be pressed on when needed and closed when not in use. The device is also a touchscreen, for me personally I have always had no use and felt more gimmicky. Device runs quiet, and like stated previously can handle most day to day tasks.

I really like this all-in-one desktop. Previous 2 computers had manufacturer's issues and lasted less than a year each. Changing brands and getting an all-in-one was a good move. The camera has been great for Zoom conferences even before Covid-19 made Zoom a household word. The extra large touch screen is wonderful.

It’s a little slow, but for the price it’s a great system. Runs office without any issues. After spending and hour on the phone with dell support to correct slow download speeds, the connection is screaming fast (need to connect with a cat 5/6 cable to get full 1GB speed since WiFi card is slow). I am able to stream Netflix and Hulu at the same time without any problems. I connected a second monitor and the graphics card runs both without any issues. Overall, unless you need a ton of computing power, it’s hard to beat this deal.

This is great for an office set up, it’s clean and multifunctional being touch screen as well I would definitely recommend to have something clean and easy to use

It runs good and the screen is wonderful. It is a bit slow sometimes surfing. At least once a day it will freeze for 10-15 seconds and then work fine again. Wish it had a faster processor.

We purchased this computer to replace our old Dell Optiplex 380 that served us loyally for years. As we are a bit technologically challenged, we were amazed by the ease of use and the Geek Squad techs transferred over all of our old files so there were really no issues. Will probably buy another with our tax refund. Very satisfied.

The screen is such an improvement over the small one I have been using. I am glad I included Word software in my package as well as the cd attachment. The features for writing and for emailing make my work easier than it has been. This purchase is an excellent choice for me.
