Excellent computer. Easy setup, performs all work without error.

Fast processing is the plus. Flimsy DVD player, power button hard to see when unit is off, and printer is not working properly with this new PC...not apparently Windows 11 related, are the minuses.

I bought 2 during Dec. The first one, right out of the box, was defective. Hired a iT pro to install it, & it kept crashing, at least 3x an hour. He tried to work with Dell, remotely to repair it, but they failed. They were no help to me, recommending I ship it back to them, they would repair it and return it to me, via mail. I run an on line business & it was during Xmas, sales, I had run my business. Thank goodness for the ethics of Best Buy, who let me return the defective computer to them for a refund.I ordered another 3030 i7 & had to pay the iT pro. to reinstall the second Dell. The second Dell, works great.

I purchased this desktop for the office, mainly for everyday tasks like emails, document processing, and web browsing. I was super surprised at how well the machine functions on normal day-to-day work operations. It runs smoothly, handles multitasking with ease, and has been incredibly reliable. The setup was quick, and the performance has been solid with no lag or slowdowns. Definitely a great investment for an office environment! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a dependable and efficient work computer.

The Dell desktop computer has exceeded my expectations related to performance and flexibility. The Best Buy salesman was very knowledgeable of the product, which determined my product choice .

When I bought my new PC I want the Geek Squad to install it especially since I have a Best Buy Total Membership. The sales agent told me that the Geek Squad no longer goes to homes. I am still working to resolve issues that the Geek Squad could have easily addressed. When I returned to the store to pick up my CPU I talked to the greeter about this. He said the Geek Squad still goes to homes. You guys need to get this fixed. I really did not need this hassle! My membership is coming up for renewal and I am wondering if I should bother to renew it. This is NOT the way to treat paying customers!

Bought this computer in order to build a Linux server and learn Linux. It has been an awesome ride. The machine is lightning fast under Linux and I've learned a lot.

My computer died and I was looking for a replacement. This Dell Inspiron is ideal for my needs. I like to play my CD music on it while I work and having a CD drive was great.

I bought this Dell computer to replace my old Dell computer. It was easy to set up and runs quiet and fast. I can't get over how fast the start up is when I turn it on, almost no wait time. Very good computer at a good price.

This pc is a dream. Took it home, hooked it up with ease and was up and running in no time. The crew at Best Buy told us everything there is to know about this Desktop. They left nothing for off the table. We haven’t had one bit of problems!

Not a big fan of Windows 11. Overall the rest is fine. The Mist blue front is more like off black and does not stand out under normal light. Steve

Having a few problems, but they are in transferring data from win10 puter to new win11 puter. The computer itself works great. Am enjoying working on it.

Having gone through four desktop computers in 25 years, I now only buy Dell products--they are workhorses. The latest version Inspirion 3030 runs faster than ever.

Set-up was easy as was the transferring of files from my old computer using My Dell. The speed of startup and apps has vastly improved from my old model.

Great product. This I7 is fast and Best Buy was able to move all of my data from my old I3 to this new Dell Inspiron PC.

Love the new computer. Still hesitant about the e-mail they are insisting I must use. Everything takes a little getting used to.

We decided on a tower and monitor, rather than an all-in-one which we had before. Customer service is great at Best Buy, but they should have mentioned that the monitor doesn't have a camera or speaker, meaning those items will have to be purchased separately. The Dell Inspiron Desktop Processor is great. Fast, reliable.

Very nice tower. We had a very old HP. Still running Windows 8.1. This is a massive difference. Very happy Kenny in the Bethel Park store pointed us towards this.

I recently reached the point at which my windows 7 machine finally failed to function. Upon replacing the mortally wounded device with this new Dell desk top I found the painful chore of using a moribund device has been transformed into the joy of computing once again. DELL UBER ALLES!!! Try it and have fun again y'all.
