This was a replacement for an older Dell (7 years). I needed to upgrade, and had looked at other desktops and read reviews. Frankly, I did not want another Dell, mainly due to the poor workmanship and horrible tech support (I have owned 4 other Dells over the years). But the specs on this were what I wanted and the reviews were good. I am very pleased. I use it mainly for writing and online work (no gaming, etc), and it is fast, efficient, and clean. No quirks or problem so far. In fact, it is probably the best PC I have owned. I bought GS tech support to avoid Dell's.

This unit arrived and it was a nice sleek look, smaller than my previous computers which is nice so it doesn't take up a lot of room. Install was fast and easy. Performance is great. You won't be disappointed.

I chose this for my Boss's home computer. He is a very picky man. He is happy with the computer, so it must be great. His last one was very old and slow. He tells me this one is so fast. It has enough memory to hold all his pictures too.

We are a 77-year-old couple and feared a needed upgrade. But we replaced our 8-year-old system and love our new one; have had no trouble adapting. We also bought Geek Squad service and are very pleased with that as well. Best Buy installed all the software we use; I forgot to mention our printer to them, but Geek Squad took care of that for us remotely.

I got this as a gift for my son's family. Was easy to set up and appears to be just what they needed. Will be a great for kids to do homework, and to keep tabs on small business expenses. No problems that I know of.

Dell makes excellent desktop at an affordable price perfect for the house or for a small business.

So far this computer is working great and it was easy to set up.

Good product - HP has always been the best on printers. Don't like taking chances with other cartridges in case they break.

Bought this computer to stream an online radio station. It's performing better than expected.

I haven't had any problems since I had purchased the product

I have to return my PC since hd has issue with cable inside. Did not work on very first day. Replace PC works but still has issue with acrobat reader.

This item arrived on time and was exactly how it was described.

Tried two. 1st one had no sound. Two hrs with Dell Support and they could not fix. Returned to Best Buy for replacement. 2nd one had same problem and also froze up during and after setup requiring a hard boot to continue. Returned to Best Buy for refund. Now looking at different brand for better quality. Best Buy Customer Service has been great thru this ordeal!!
