I liked this laptop when I bought it, but my sister broke the screen and I had to purchase a new one. It had great features, but the display was not very accurate to color and it had some difficulties running many programs at once at times. Overall, it is a good casual laptop and I was sad to have to purchase a new one, but would not purchase it again.

I purchased a floor model and was told it was in good condition. I get it hope and everything was working great. Then it randomly cuts off and locks me out saying to many failed password attempts. It has done it twice already.

Nice little machine with great battery life. I bought it for my other half who doesn't do much technical stuff. Touch screen works better the her chrome book and the lit keyboard is a nice feature. Serves it's purpose well but I don't use it much as there's no numerical keypad.

Perfect for easy, everyday, general use. Great for note taking at conferences.

First time using a 2 in 1. It's been great. It keeps up with schooling and research just fine. I love the operations. Different sign in options. the keyboard is a little smaller than I prefer

Love this product would recommend to my family and friends

I have had this computer for about a year and a half and the computer has worked well. I was folding it and the hinge suddenly split from the screen. The screen works fine, but now it is attached only on one side. I have seen numerous reviews of a similar thing happening but unfortunately this is out of the warranty period and repair estimates are around 1/3 of what I originally paid for the computer. Very disappointing.

Beware of manufacturer’s defect. I had this laptop for a year when suddenly, the right hinge popped out and shattered the screen with it. Apparently it’s a known issue, as other reviewers have had the same problem. Unfortunately for them, their laptops lasted about 4 months before this problem happened. Not the quality I expect from Dell.
