I LOVE my new Dell computer! This tower is a little smaller than my tower for my old desktop computer and that is great! It also has a DVD drive that works perfectly! The computer is fast and I have not had a single problem, The mouse & keyboard with the tower all work well. I saw it on the Best Buy website and was already pretty sure that was the one I wanted, and Best Buy had it right there in the store! So I was able to buy it and roll it out in the cart to to my car! It is lightweight and does not take up a lot of space. Windows 11 was already installed also. It is a great computer!

Pros and Cons... the 12 GB of Ram really helps as I often have many browsers open when I am working online using my catalogs, apps, and sites when listing in my store. No beef about the speed. But... every time I am not using it for roughly 10 minutes when I leave the room, I have to reenter my Microsoft pin to reopen the browsers. Yes... it is loaded with windows 11 and we all hate new versions of Microsoft fixing what wasn't broken. This PC has it. If you haven't used windows 11 before, once again there are weird new menus and some you can't find from before. The ability to set your monitor to stay on longer was not to be found. In somebodies' infinite wisdom, they figure if you get up to use the bathroom you should have to log in again. I won't even repeat the words I speak each time. Very annoying. Settings program is much to be desired in its accessibility to what you want to correct to work in your favor. Why should you have to contact customer support over issues that shouldn't be there? Frequent updates. What they are I have no clue? But Dell says they are crucial to the PC function. So, I just let them rip. I hold my breath as in the past PC updates sometimes spell a day of bad behavior in its function. Sometimes during typing a new browser will open for what seems like no reason or the typing will go to a popup box. For the price I guess I can't complain much more. Now they want $2000 - $5000 for PC's that have integrity. Us poor people will have to make due with what we get. That is my opinion.

Updated the old system. easy set up and fast. compact and light weight.

Very quick. Light of weight. Easy access allows quick upgrades. I installed a 2nd Nuve drive and an adapter card. Medium sized and easily moved. Plenty of USB ports.

Solid state HD so it is very quick to start up and process. No lagging or blips. I use it for office and some personal applications but I have done some light gaming and it performs quite well.

My old computer was eight years old and I was not able to continue getting Microsoft and other updates. Therefore, I needed a new computer. I had researched computers and had an idea of the Dell Desktop computer I wanted. I finally decided to buy the Dell- Inspiron Compact desktop- Intel Core i5-12400-12GB memory-256GB SSD. Zach, my sales rep, was very helpful. He took the time and discussed my computer needs. After our discussion, it was determined that the computer I was going to buy had more features than I needed for my purposes. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The computer was easy to setup, There was one minor issue that the Dell tech was able to resolve on the phone and he followed up to see if there were any other issues.

Does everything I need and want. good price and compact. My old dell was 12 years old and worked just fine with new TB SSD, Put the new SSD in the new Dell and off to the races. only drawback was getting used to windows 11. getting there!!

Amazing improvement/upgrade to my previous desktop. Every employee I dealt with was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Integrated easily with my current peripherals.

It is working wonderful for me. Quick and very compact. Half the size of my older Dell desktop. Streaming works great. I can have several windows opened at time and multitask which is wonderful.

This desktop is light and easy to carry or move around. The computer is fast and the noise level is very low. I would recommend this computer!

I Put it the same place as my old Dell and hooked it up in less than ten minutes, and it takes up less space than the old one. Great computer.

This computer has a very specific place. Its storage can only be expanded by sata cables which means youre limited to 1 ssd which is great for work and business computers but personal computers could easily use more than this. Also the cpu is powerful enough to add the gpu but the only one you can add without getting a new gpu which wont fit in this case is a 1060 or a 1650 if youre lucky. so buy this only if you dont mind limited storage and work loads only, no true gaming or video editing or stuff like that.

had some issues with audio but was able to resolve the matter myself otherwise fast computer at great price plus love 12 months no interest financing

In the brief time that I've had my new Dell Inspiron, it's been great. I've upgraded from an old 8GB Inspiron that was not doing the job. Since I had many years of use from the old one, I just decided to upgrade. It's been fast and computer friendly (since I'm no Bill Gates)! I hope this one last as long as my previous Dell.

Good machine for the price. We have had it now for a couple months and it is working great - was easy to set up as well. It is one of the few that still have a real CD/DVD drive, which in my case is still of value.

It does what it's supposed to do. It wont play games to well, you might want a more powerful, faster machine (like xps serries), but to move around internet the machine does well. I don't watch movies on this computer, so I can't comment on that. It's a good computer for the price since the last computer ran Windows XP when I first bought it.

Still working two years later with no issues. Used daily as a work station for small sticker designs.
