I found this little laptop to be pleasantly surprising. It boots up quickly, runs smoothly, and handles everyday tasks greqt. The compact size makes it perfect for travel or casual use around the house, yet it doesn’t feel underpowered. Battery life is okay, keyboard is comfortable for its size. Definitely exceeded my expectations for a laptop in this category.

It arrived on time, and it works great and is very fast. You can tell that it is a refurbished unit.

Laptop was great but returned back because there was a noise in the top left of the keyboard, air bubbles were on the finger pad, and I thought it was the one that folded back into a tablet (as the pictures showed in the advertisement) but I was misled. Joy systems was very quick and responsive to my needs in the refurbishment however. Going to see if Best Buy will do the right thing and correct the false advertisement and maybe get me what I was hoping to get.

Refurb itself would turn on and allow me to setup, it would no longer turn on after being turned off. It worked fine initially though.
