this system doesn't work, and customer service sucks! said they'd send me a USB drive to reinstall (like I should have to do that on a 1 day old system) but they didn't send it.
i am very disappointed with this product and support. lousy support hours as well. no windows 11 key on the bottom of the computer, no manuals, nothing!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The laptop is fine but the delivery was not good. The delivery company (not Best Buy) was suppose to deliver the laptop to a UPS office in a CVS. They claimed the address was incorrect and it was not. It delayed the delivery of a laptop that I needed for my college course and it caused me problems not having it sooner rather than later.
I would recommend this to a friend

Ive bought refurbished from best buy before with no issues. However, I couldnt even get this laptop set up because it would crash and reboot every 5mins. Had to return it.
