As good as a Windows laptop can be

Great performance in small foot print!

As soon as I received an email that it was ready for pick-up, then a little while later I received another email that it was already picked up. I called the store and they said it was a mistake and my product was still there to pick up. I went to the store the next time they were open and they could not find my product. They said because it was marked as already picked up the product had been put back out on the floor shelves as inventory available for someone else to purchase. We were just lucky we got there early as soon as the store opened and no one else had tried to buy it yet. This does not seem like good service, acceptable service, or professional service.

Great Power User Workstation

Great laptop for engineering student!
