Could have been great

Then mouse started to wander when not being used and would freeze. Bought the Geek Squad warranty so took it in for repair. Not able to be repaired so we got our money back for it and will look for something else.

Awesome laptop for the price!

Ease of ordering to being kept informed of delivery. I would recommend this product. I will purchase my next tower from Best Buy also.

Multiple Problems

Now when I go to use it, i discovered that the battery does not hold a charge and now the monitor went out. So disappointed that they could sell this laptop again!

New/Refurbished DELL Laptop works well

Its going to be quite a big change but one I think they will enjoy. Its pretty fast and was so easy to set up. I will say this, it is not a lightweight. @amyvansolutions

JoySystems did the refurbishment and it is absolutely perfect. It started right up. It updated in no time. It was very clean and I was impressed with it. I got a great deal.

No Warranty and Tech Support

Great Laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this laptop as a home laptop for practicing my coding and data science skills. It is as good, if not better, than my work machine. Thoroughly impressed with the quality and price!
