Good price $700. Easy set up. Good performance. My third Latitude laptop and the 15.6" is very portable. Can accomplish essentials for leisure and office productivity. Not great but good as need be.

Everything seems fine except when I got it every screen had some type of code printed upside down in red. When I did a print screen it didn't show up. Turned out to be actually PRINTED on the screen on the INSIDE! Joysystems had no idea how to fix it. Best Buy online Geek Squad didn't either. Went to Best Buy store to return it and one of the guys was able to lift up the screen on the corner and remove what turned out to be a sticker. Should have been noticed before being sold.

I was skeptical at first about ordering a refurbished laptop, but after receiving and using my Dell machine, I am very pleased with the ease of use and way it performs. It looks brand new. Joy Systems did a great job. Setup was a breeze.

I bought this computer and not even having it 4 months the CPU motherboard went out. I have been dealing with best buy and was told i have a 1 year warranty but they will not fix it. Nor will dell. Best buy screwed me over and i have wasted 4 weeks. Charging me full price to fix a bad computer they sold week months earlier. terrible service

Fast and easy start-up process! Hadn't bought a laptop since 2009 and this laptop is perfect! Highly recommend. I appreciate the option of buying refurbished. Seems like it's brand new!
