This laptop looks like new and was essy to get up and running.

Purchased a refurbished Latitude E5470 to use for light home and work use, and so far it is an excellent purchase. It was refurbished by Noemy at Joy Systems. They included helpful setup instructions. The device was wrapped in a bubble envelope and shrink wrapped. FedEx delivered it to the wrong home but that isn't Joy Systems' or Best Buy's fault. The machine looks brand new. The screen is in excellent condition and the keyboard is new. The fingerprint pad doesn't work but they may have communicated that it wasn't going to work; it is not a concern to me. It does not support Windows 11. The battery is not a Dell but it works great so far. Reviews on other refurbishment sites complained of third party batteries overheating and the fan being loud, but I had it plugged in for 30 hours and that is not an issue with this device.

I have had this computer for over a year now. I have utilized it fully both connected to my home network as well as being used remotely for my ham radio applications and control. I did add extra RAM and put in a new battery, but this computer has exceeded my expectations. I did not have any quality related issues, and the computer has operated flawlessly. I recently added Linux as a second operating system and again, the computer performs very well. Joy Systems provides a great quality refurbished product at a great price.

Excellent speed and functionality. I purchased this laptop to replace one that died. SSD is the best storage to have. No moving parts to wear out or burnout.

I needed a laptop that runs Windows 10 Pro for work, and found this refurbished one for a great price at Best Buy. It runs well, and has minimal evidence of being pre-used. I wish it was a bit lighter weight, but overall I am very pleased with my purchase!

Basic laptop, functional, arrived in good shape. No issues noted. Heavier than usual and so may want a lighter option for routine travel.

This refurbished Dell was purchased by my church to help facilitate virtual and hybrid services. We use it with an external speaker (Yeti) and the set-up works well. This is a little bit more computer than we needed but the next level down was sold out in refurbished units.
