I'm giving this 2 stars although I'm not sure who is at fault here. I received my refurbished Dell Optiplex 3050-SFF in good working order. The computer was carefully packaged and appeared as new. The issue is that it was not equipped as described on the Best Buy site. Specifically, there was no VGA output on the computer I received, but was in the description. This was a big deal as I am replacing a failed desktop but was not intending to need a new monitor as well. I spoke to customer service who said the only thing I could do is return for a refund and that a replacement may not be equipped correctly either. In the end, I had to go out and replace my monitor as well spending more money than I had intended. If there is no guaranty that the product will be a described, there needs to be a disclaimer on the web site. As for the computer's operation; it is just like a new computer and works quite well.

CPU i7 has 4 cores. I am running vmware. Wish the cpu has 8 cores. For all The core is good.

The audio was not working. For three days restarting the computer did the trick to get the volume to work. The techs need to do a better job ensuring everything is working.
