I ordered a Dell - Refurbished OptiPlex 3070 Desktop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD - Black computer on Nov 16, 2024 from Best Buy. The pickup date was originally Nov 22, 2024. I finally received it on Dec 9, 2024. There was no notice of a new delivery date via email or the Best Buy app, just a notice of a delay. Finally on Dec 9, I received a notice that the computer was available for pickup. While setting Windows 11 up on the computer, I received several blue error screens and the computer would reboot. Several times I had to answer the same setup questions over. After the sixth or seventh blue screen, the computer would not boot to Windows anymore. The computer was refurbished by Joy Systems. I contacted them through their website at joysystems.com and received an email reply the next day. Joy Systems sent me a UPS return label that same day with instructions. I packed the computer in the original box and sent it back. Through UPS tracking I know that Joy Systems sent me a replacement computer the same day they received the inoperable one. I received the replacement on December 20, 2024 and have been using the new computer for several weeks as I write this without any problems. I am very pleased with Joy Systems for the rapid response to my problem. Five stars to Joy Systems and three stars for Best Buy. Also note that this computer does not come with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. These features I added with USB dongles, the ASUS-Dual Band Wi-Fi 6 AX1800 Network Adapter and the ASUS-USBBT500 Bluetooth Smart Ready USB adapter.

Just received and set it up last night! So far so good. Nowhere in the description did it say it was not wireless internet ready. Hard wired it with ethernet and then was able to proceed with windows set up.

As a Microsoft Authorized refurbisher Joy Systems shipped the computer two days before promised. The packaging looked like new and included a keyboard and mouse. The computer looks brand new and works great. Don't be afraid of refurbished computers from Joy Systems - highly reccommended!

I can run Windows 11 now. It was refurbished by Joy Systems and shipped right away. The computer looked like new and included a keyboard and mouse. Don't be afraid of refurbished computers, highly recommended.

Fast speed but no WiFi or Bluetooth capabilities make it not as convenient

This computer was a great value. Setup was a breeze, and it runs our applications very well. The quality is outstanding and you wouldn't know that it was a refurbished computer. I have already recommended this unit to a friend for their small business.

The Dell workstation was a breeze to setup using a Microsoft account and works great for my home business operation. We received the computer one day ahead of the promised delivery date. The computer was exactly as advertised and we recommended Joy refurbished systems to our friend. Really great value!
