I use this Windows 10 Pro computer strictly for work and have had great luck and so far so good and all my programs have worked properly. Very satisfied with this computer. I purchase the Computer from Best buy and their customer service has been extremely helpful. Highly recommend BEST BUY in Schaumburg, Illinois and see Mark in the computers department.

This little computer is exactly what I need. I am a grad student and by little chromebook wasn't cutting it anymore. It is quick and was easy to install. It is clear it is from an office that maybe went through an upgrade process, but I don't need the highest tech, just something quick and reliable. I love how small it. I have it hooked up to a tv for a monitor and can have several programs running on it without issues. It did not come with a wifi chip so I had to purchase an external one, but I am happy with it.

Overall a faulty computer. It came with what looked like a laptop charger which was not the original charger and so the computer often struggles with simple tasks. Blue screens of death are quite prevalent. Does not have a built in wifi card, external wifi card continuously gets disconnected. Would not recommend this computer.

Great bang for your buck. Only downfall is the internet needs to be connect through hardline rather than wireless. Other than so, product works great.

1st no where did it say it was a mini computer, then it didnt come with any set up instructions, then cust service gave me wrong info about set up

I was expecting a mid tower and this is a mini case with no options for upgrade unfortunatedly no way to return it. You should specify that in the product description
