    Machine arrived in 1st class protective packaging, shrink-wrapped and in pristine condition. Absolutely no issues with Microsoft authentication/activation, and registered on my Microsoft account without any glitches. Extraordinary value given the i7+HD630 16GB hardware, with 2 DP 1.2 + 1 HDMI 1.4 for a 3 monitor setup. Machine used for software dev. (DP 1.2 supports 4K 3840x2160 @ 60Hz displays.)

    Apparently, the 'Refurbished OptiPlex from Dell does not come with the hardware installed to connect to the internet.
