  • No Bluetooth or wireless capability

    Unfortunately this computer is very slow to respond, has network issues although its plugged Ethernet, does not support wifi or Bluetooth devices. It also will not download up to date apps as microsoft store says its not supported. Im returning this today.

    I've been buying refurbished PCs and laptops directly from Dell for years and found this PC priced better then Dell had it. Arrived within a few days and well packaged. Did come with off branded keyboard and mouse which was fine as we didn't need them. No issues with setup and everything activated as expected. Simply transferred ownership on Dell's website and registered it on Joy Systems site for the 1-year warranty. If their pricing is lower than Dell's I'd have no problems ordering from them again.

    This computer is very compact, easy to set up, and blessedly silent (after years working with a desktop with a loud case fan). It arrived well packaged and worked perfectly right out of the box. Outstanding value.

    Have had a positive experience with Dell for many many years. This is no different. Generally I find great value going with the refurbished route, although I was surprised at the dust buildup around the ports and inside the case when it arrived.

    I’m not sure about the refurbished products, I got it because it was marked down at a reasonable Price. Packaging came in pretty good shape, once the machine was turned on a big noise was coming either from the fan or maybe the hard drive, not sure if it’s not a SSD but decided to return it, didn’t want to deal with the hassle of having issues

    The computer was working great, all of a sudden the HD was not being recognized. Had to send it back to Joysystem to have it replaced 7 months after purchsae.
