I needed to upgrade my 2nd computer from Windows XP. I wanted something less expensive while at the same time moved me up to Windows 10. This refurbished computer was just the ticket. I got a much stronger processor along with Windows 10 for about $250. Even better, the physical size of this computer is awesome. I went from a full size tower with a pentium 4 processor to a computer the size of a hard copy of Webster's dictionary with an Intel i5 processor. This computer outperforms my old computer by far plus it brings me closer to the front of the line as far as the OS. Very happy with this replacement.

So it's a refurbished system...What do I care? As long as it has an acceptable warranty, and meets my needs I'm fine with it. This one handles what it needs to, email & browsing, although I might throw more memory at it. Not bad for the $$$...

It's a solid machine, and I encountered no problems with it during the install. I'd buy this refurb again if needed.

I purchased a refurbished computer because I didn't think it was worth it to spend the extra money on a new one when all I do is check my email and play solitaire. Well, my "new" refurbished computer only lasted a month before it died. Save yourself some time and aggravation and just buy a new computer.

I wouldnt buy again from best buy, computer wouldnt even work out of the box- i had to make an appt and go out in sub freezing temps all the way back to the store and wait around for geek squad to get it running. nothing but a disaster from the day i got it. the computer is ok but slow and freezes, you have to go through a bunch of hassle to even be able to activate your settings. ive had better computers for a fraction of the price off craigslist
