I purchased this desktop for my kids and they love it. It works very well and fast for their school work and games.

ONE PROBLEM, I AM NOT ABLE TO ACTIVATE THE WINDOWS 10. I NEED HELP TO FIND OUT WHY ITS NOT ALREADY ACTIVATED ON THIS COMPUTER.

System runs great. enough memory to open my programs and planty of space to save my files. connecting to the internet is a breeze, will surely recommend this brand to friends.

I have purchased several computers from this company from other online vendors. I have never had a single problem with any of them. This Pc was in great shape. It was clean inside with no visible dust. I love the fact the there is a 1 year warranty on this refurbished Pc. As a bonus, this particular machine came with a 2 Terabyte hard drive. (It was supposed to come with a 1 Terabyte drive.) The only issue I ran into, was the bios had the SATA ports set to IDE instead of AHCI. However, it was an easy change.

Love it and slim down size and awesome fast speed and card memory it okay should have more memory increase will be good . also good price too !

I've had this computer for a month. It works fine and seems less sluggish than my old computer, which was a refurbished HP with a lesser chip. It has The mouse and keyboard seem a bit cheap, and the one that came with this computer double-clicks too easy. Still, it is a good deal for the money, and I have other mice.

I purchased this refurbished computer to replace an older model Dell that finally died. This computer is well equipped right out of the box and ready to go after completing the setup and activating Windows using the new Windows Key provided with the machine. The computer looks like new with no visible wear on the case and runs great for our needs. Would definitely buy again.

I was surprised about the size, much smaller than my current tower, Since it is newer, it is not sluggish like my older computer. I am still disappointed with the unnecessary complexity of windows 10.

Needed a new computer. Ordered it online and it was here within days at our local Best Buy. Not doing well with Windows 10, but, I made this leap from Vista. Anyway, The Geek Squad helped in the updates and set up. Price was right and so far, no issues other then what I create.

I bought it works daily not heavy work. Used already for a while, quiet good and fast PC.

Won't ever buy refurbished again. The first desktop was totally lacking the program. A second desktop has been received and it is taking forever for my computer guru to get it to where it's properly functioning.

Just like many, I needed to upgrade a pc for home use during the stay-at-home mandate. Unfortunately, the item was on backorder for a couple weeks - no fault of Best Buy, of course. However, I was not able to "customize" the computer when I made my online order. When it was finally delivered and I set it up, I realized it did not have wireless capabilities. I had to order the wireless adapter, pushing productivity back 2 more days. It also did not come installed with MS Office tools, but fortunately my cloud connection maintains those applications. Again, good computer to get me through the pinch - just unfortunate circumstances that made the purchase frustrating.

Dell pc refurbished great price for intel I5 with power and storage for the home or business

I have never had a refurbished computer before , but during the Corona virus there was not a good choice of computers to buy. It starts up fast, it has lower storage then I’m use too. So far it’s been working good. It’s little and doesn’t take up much space.

The computer has plenty of memory and is fast. I would highly recommend!

Great Computer for a Great Price! can't even tell its not brand new. ive had absolutely NO problems with this computer whatsoever. I use it at the office, and it is used with multiple programs running at once. very happy with this purchase.
