Graphics card works well, and Windows 10 runs like it's supposed to. If I had the option to get 16G RAM, I would have, but could not find one with the i7 processer. Overall, a quality referb.

I like that it's a small machine, and it's very quiet. I have it in my bedroom, and usually leave it run over night, so the quiet factor is great. The processor seems pretty fast for the price of the machine, but I'm definitely going to have to upgrade the RAM. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the performance is up to par but not outstanding, there is on internal wifi an no HDMI . however, it does fit my needs. i wouldn't recommend it to anyone that has little to no I.T. knowledge because of these factors. also, it may be the I7 processor however it is the 4th gen and we are on the 11th gen at this time. making it barely comparable to the current I5. the only thing saving this from being a paperweight is the 512SSD

Replacing an old desktop that was very slow. This one is fast and fits on my tv stand on it's side so it doesn't have to be on the floor. So it makes the room look better too!

First time buying a refurbished computer, so was hesitant with the purchase. When it came in, turned it on and everything worked well. It comes with a cheap keyboard and mouse. Didn’t use it anyway, only needed the computer which worked very well.

Irked and feel really misled

This was the best deal I could find, even had a tech friend double check the details before buying it. Wow... no. Not a good match at all, can't even handle wireless keyboard & mouse set without seriously lagging. Best I can do with this thing is to have everything set to low and gimp along. Not great for a backup, better than what my father was watching Hulu on. At least the movies play well. Not happy. Saving up to build a duplicate of my personal build, will have to deal with this hiccup until the twin is a reality.

I don't have any other programs on it, since I really don't use them at home. It's the speed and efficiency I needed for more than a beginner, but not a pro.

That all changed when 23 days after I purchased the computer it went kaput. It will not load Windows, so the error message says. Tomorrow I’m taking it back to Best Buy to see they let me exchange it or get my money back. Just found out that the return policy is 15 days. Will see ifBest Buy will step up and do what is right.
