This is by far the best computer I have ever had, and believe me, I've had a lot It's fast processing, awesome screen, tough at every environment, and so reliable always After almost 2 years of using it for web programming, office work, online classes, meetings, etc., I can say if I can, I'll keep it for many more years

My first Dell! I was excited, especially with the i9. Have had it a month and, welp, the right USB-C port no longer works, Called Dell support, was told the rep to "try to return it rather than live with a troublesome laptop." How strange. It's too late to return it, I've had it 4 weeks. That being said, it was fine before that. Decent keyboard, extremely bright screen, huge trackpad. Not blazing fast, but fastish. Great looking, solid feeling light and easy to carry. Now with 2 USB-C ports

I am fully satisfied with my purchase. Despite being an open box item, my laptop was in perfect condition, both cosmetically and internally. It is very light, fast, and the screen resolution is amazing! And I can't stress enough the great condition it was despite being a display item. Also, the team member who helped me went above and beyond helping me get the perfect laptop for me, and this was definitely the perfect laptop for me.

The laptop itself is fantastic. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 (changed) is because I bought an "Open-box New) laptop, but what I got was a laptop someone already registered 10 months before. I lost 10 months of Dell service which is actually pretty nice. Actually, I will change my review to 5 stars, since I now remember while writing this review that the Techs over at The Woodlands, TX store went out of their way to work with me on getting a new laptop and keeping this one to transfer my stuff, then returning this one. I decided not worth the extra $400 for 10 months of Dell service when 2 years Best Buy service. Thanks The Woodlands Best Buy. I remember now. You guys were awesome.

One of the best laps I have ever used. It's insanely fast.

I do a lot of audio and video editing of very large files. It is such a pleasure to work with a pc that preforms so well. I think that this system can hold its own against a Mac for AV editing any day of the week. There is very little time spent waiting for the system to finish processing your request before you can proceed to the next edit.

I purchased this laptop to be able to edit 4k videos and pictures. So far it has not dissapointed.

Great laptop.solid metal construction. Bright screen. Fast. Huge touchpad. Only thing i don't like is lack of opensource compatibility and i wish the keyboard had the 10 key pad.

Terrible quality. Mine arrived really dirty, like used, from packaging box all the way to the machine itself there are smudges and dirt, dust particles everywhere, on keyboard, on screen. But seal tape wasn't broken so I assume it's brand new. What's most disappointing is the trackpad. It is loose on the right side. I thought this infamous issue was fixed since 9500 but it didn't, at least on mine. I didn't even bother to turn on machine, repacked eveything and returning this to Bestbuy.

I’m a Dell guy and this computer meets my needs perfectly. The screen is 3.5k, almost 4k and is almost as good as it gets on a laptop. This computer is super fast and with 32 ram it’s loads everything I need fast and allows for me to keep a lot of folders open on multiple screens. This computer has just 3 C plugins which 2 are thunderbolt of which 1 is used for the power plug which only leaves 2 open for other use. I had an old Dell docking station that works fine with this computer as it had a usb C output plug in. So it leaves just 1 c plug in left open. I wish this computer came with an an extra usb B input for my old mouse dongle but it does come with a small extra c plug in station that has a usb b plug in that I use for my old back up drive and it has a hdmi plug in which I don’t use often because I have a docking station but use when traveling or when going into an office for 1 extra monitor with out bringing my docking station. The storage of 1TB is huge and is plenty for my needs. Speakers are very good

Bought an open box excellent condition Dell XPS 15 laptop and it was as advertised... perfect condition, cosmetically and functionally. Using the laptop mostly for business and home office functions and it has fast processing, more than ample memory, sufficient storage and excellent graphics. Easy to unbox and get straight to work. First time with Windows 11 and the transition has been straightforward and simple. Happy to have made this purchase.

This is a superb machine. The screen renders images with excellent clarity and amazing colors. Everything works perfect on the i9 processor and ample storage/ram.

I've used only MacBook Pros for personal use over the past 12 years. But, since I was due for an upgrade and also needed to buy a PC to run certain software for grad school, I decided to make the switch. (Since I already use Windows at work, I figured it would be pretty painless.) Honestly, I love Macs, but this new XPS is great. I'm still in the process of fine tuning all my settings, but I'm already pretty impressed. It's very very fast. (I have not fully tested the capabilities of the CPU, but so far, so good.) Also, the OLED touch-screen is incredible, and I love the small bezels. The only gripe I have so far performance-wise is battery life. While it's pretty good, it's not as good as the latest MacBooks. I was also afraid the 15-inch would be too bulky, but it's slim and compact enough to still be portable. I'm pleased with the overall design. It has a premium feel for sure. It is a bit on the heavy side, but for the amount of screen real estate, it's a fair trade.

I LOVE THIS LAPTOP!!! I am a marketing director and have used multiple windows and mac laptops. This touchscreen is awesome. it is very fast. I have never like da computer more than this one. It is also the perfect size. It's not a weird giant rectangle or so small I need an external monitor or two. The battery lasts so long. Almost all day depending on how many programs I'm running.

LOVE this computer for it's ease of use and compatibility with android phones! Love the touchscreen, it's very responsive. The only issues I have had are unfortunately crashing while power using photoshop & Lightroom simultaneously, and the very short battery life. (About 4 hours if power using. About 6 if basic using.).

It's a great computer. It's definitely the fastest computer I've ever used. Beautiful screen and great keyboard. It runs every software so quickly. Nice quality. It's had a few hiccups that prevent me from giving it 5 stars though. I had to re-install the audio drivers in order to get audio at all. The price is so high that I almost expect no issues at all.

Love Love Love this laptop! This is my second one, with my first one being purchased in 2020. Dell did not disappoint with this laptop! The screen is amazing and the speed is second to none. Not to mention, I love typing on this keyboard. Great quality, with a real premium feel.

I've had the 9520 about a month now (actually I had to return the first one after I downloaded some updated drivers from Dell, the laptop started acting very strangely, wouldn't play audio from some websites, USB-C ports not working, and other problems) But Best Buy/TotalTech was great about suggesting I just have it replaced since it was so new, and it only took a few days to get a new laptop.) But this replacement is working fine. The OLED screen is beautiful, and with that touchscreen the battery life isn't quite what I'd like, but I probably should not be surprised. I probably get a good 5 - 6 hours (including being on 'dark mode' when possible, etc.) I'm hoping future firmeware/software updates might improve battery life. But it's very fast, build quality seems to be very good, and I enjoy using it !
