Good Computer But.....

Good computer BUT: not enough USB ports. No Analog connection for monitor; even though I am using HDMI, I'd like the option to run Analog for some old monitors. Came with Windows 11 Home BUT I WANTED Windows 11 PRO and Best Buy gave me not option to purchase that (I bought it later). NO DVD player or writer.

A new Win 11 PC

It's really easy to place and order with Best Buy.
As always, another well made Dell product.
Unfortunately, setting up a Win 11 PC is a horror.
Win 10 and it's predecessors were really easy to set up.
I cannot understand why Windows decided to change so much.
Fortunately, I'm retired and have plenty of time.
I would suggest that inexperienced folks have the Geek Squad set up their new Win 11 device.

It's a lemon :( And it's going back to the store. It was miserable right out of the box... took 6 goes to get it to run ... fought with the start up ... it crashed :( Finally got it to update, set up email and passwords... I thought it was good to go... it crashed and wouldn't turn back on

Best Buy FAIL

If you check the specs displayed on the web page, it says; "cpu base clock frequency 5.1Ghz". I knew this wasn't right. I figured it was either the 2.1 - 5.1 cpu, or the 3.4 - 5.1 cpu. I spoke with a BB Rep on the phone who assured me it is the 3.4 - 5.1 cpu. Bought it, set it up and checked the system specs. It is the 2.1 cpu. Factory reset, and back it goes. Come on Best Buy, between your deceptive website, and your unknowledgeable Reps, get your head out of your butt. P.S. so I had to make a recommendation choice. I chose yes because this machine would be fine for light duty tasks. The bad guy here is Best Buy, not Dell.
