Awesome to be able to make lattes and other coffee drinks at home. Very handy. Replacement parts are *expensive,*, but it was worth it to buy a second carafe so we can have oat milk in one & whole milk in the other, ready to use as needed. Easy to use ground coffee or whole beans & you can set your preferences per user.

Very good expresso. The app is not the best but does explain the types of drinks in detail. All the parts are easy to clean

We had a De'Longhi Magnifica for over 15 years. It was still working but gave it to a friend after picking up the Dinamica Plus. This machine is faster and quieter than the original one we had. Makes great coffee. The milk frother does need cleaning every week.

I love my new De'Longhi Dynamic Plus. It's the best espresso machine I have ever owned. I wish I bought it before. You can of course make just regular coffee as well!

This coffee machine is truly a game-changer! It brews coffee with exceptional precision, delivering rich, full-bodied flavor every time. The consistency and quality of the coffee it produces are unmatched, creating a perfect cup from the first to the last. The machine is easy to use!

The shots are great once you get the machine dialed in. I set the grinder at three and am getting excellent taste and crema with Lavazza Espresso Italiano beans. The milk frother makes wonderful milk with three choices- hot milk, somewhat foamy, and extra foamy. The app connection makes it extremely easy and user-friendly to program custom drinks and adjust existing drinks on the machine. I cross-shopped this with the Phillips 5400 and the Gaggia Cadorna Prestige. The Phillips is on backorder and I do not like the shot of steam that the Gaggia shoots out onto your drink after it dispenses milk. Also, this is a dual-boiler machine, meaning that you don't have to wait long for milk to dispense.

Overall I'm enjoying my De'Longhi. It's almost hands free. The reason i only gave it 4 stars is that I can't get it to make the milk hot enough for my latte.

I love it but I don't find it attractive. I am very pleased with how easy it is to make my favorite coffee beverages, and even with using vegan milks. However, I wish they did better with design. I would have loved an ivory or light color. Its nice that the milk carafe is insulated as well. I do wish the coffee maker was taller as I can not fit a regular travel mug (16oz) underneath but have to instead pour it into it from a cup instead. The bottom metal plate that the mug sits on does scratch easily which is a shame. The construction of some parts feel cheap, a lot of plastic parts. Overall, it is very nice but very costly. Wish they did a little more for design and construction quality.

Love it! Easy to use, makes delicious coffee. Haven’t used the app much, to be honest. BestBuy customer service is great, and offered me to replace the milk tube that I lost.

As a stand alone espresso machine, this does everything you could want it to, all the drinks are perfect and there's nothing like having fresh coffee, like a barista on your countertop! This is an awesome machine, BUT the app is VERY WONKY and flat out annoying, so if you're a tech junkie hoping to use this from bed, this isn't the machine for you!

The machine makes great latte, cappuccino, latte macchiato, flat white, etc. I have tried those with 2 different Peet's beans. The drinks taste as if they were made fresh from a Peet's coffee bar, and taste better than any other at-home automatic, half-automatic, or manual espresso machines. And its design is so sophisticated that you won't lose track of descaling, clean, hardness test, etc and every step of them.

wow. All I can say is WOW. set up was easy. getting the grind perfect took a few tries (llike 10 - 15) it takes 3 cups to get the grind set to see how it will come out. but once you have the grind set, no more setting changes. THIS COFFEE is the BEST I have ever had. from fancy coffee shops, nothing compares. Having zero issues. I am constantly surprised at the quality of an espresso DAILY. If you can afford it do it.

Once we tried the first cup of coffee on this machine, we stopped buying coffee from starbucks and DD etc. the machine is great and works as expected. There is room for improvement however in the mobile app (slow and hard to connect) and a bit more customization of drinks will be great

I've been on the hunt for a fully automatic machine and came across the De'Longhi at my local Best Buy recently. I have owned fully automatic machines before but had a problem with my drinks being too watered down. We've owned this machine for a week now and this has not been a problem. My Latte Macchiatos taste just like the ones from my favorite coffee shop. The grinder feature works great. If you prefer ground coffee, the machine is great for those drinks as well. The set up was fairly easily. Along with the instructions provided, I recommend looking up a youtube video to help out with set up. Be prepared to dump the first three/ four espressos you make because they are meant to be "test drinks." There are so many drink options and I love how easy it is to maneuver through all of them with the digital screen. My daughter has loved being able to make hot chocolate with this machine. The screen will tell you when to add more coffee, when something needs to be cleaned, etc. It also automatically shuts off after it is not being used for a certain period of time. Overall, if you are a coffee fanatic who wants to invest in a quality machine, I highly recommend this De'Longhi.
