Wonderful product! The Nespresso is easy to operate and makes delicious cofees/ espressos. The milk frother is a very handy bonus with this purchase.

“Upgraded” from a Keurig. Makes a really nice cup of coffee/espresso. Can really taste the difference. Extremely simple to operate. Frothedr works well. Like how it stores the old used cups out of sight. The variety of flavors is growing everyday.Only downside is Amazon and Nespresso are the main places to source the cups. All in all extremely pleased with the purchase for the price.

Works about as well as advertised. The coffee is of a decent quality, even if most of the "flavors" taste largely the same. Be warned that pods for this machine are hard to find out in the wild. We have pretty much had to order all of our directly from Nespresso. No company outside of Starbucks currently offers Nespresso pods in the Vertuo format.

Love this product! It’s the perfect balance between an amazing espresso pull and ease of use. The espressos and coffees this makes equals and beats out any coffee store.

Amazing machine, makes the best lattes and coffee. Wish I had ourchaeed it sooner but I’m. Loving my mornings and friends that come over love it too. And Best Buy carries Virtuo pods so I don’t always have to go to nespresso store.

This is the best!!! I currently own the Keurig that comes with the frother. I’ve been wanting to upgrade and hear a lot of good reviews about the Nespresso and decided to take a chance and let me tell you.. BEST DECISION EVER!! Coffee taste better and the frother - froths way better than the keurig!! If you’re thinking of getting this Nespresso, please don’t think about too much! Just get it!! You won’t regret it!

I find this Nespresso to make quality espresso at a solid price point. Of course, it won't compare to a trained barista and an expensive espresso machine, but it's hard to compete against the convenience and ease of the Nespresso. The taste is also not too far off from the real deal, as it will absolutely beat a cheap espresso machine and an untrained barista with consistent performance. It's also priced at a "loss" for them as they're expecting to gain more money based on the idea of you continually buying the Vertuo pods which only appear to be licensed by Nespresso themselves and Starbucks as retailers of the pods. The pods are roughly $1.50 per pod (cheaper than an espresso shop, but more expensive than a pot of coffee). It's a similar idea to HP printers selling cheap printers but expensive ink. An alternative is purchasing a refill kit and grinder on Amazon and refilling your own pods, but that does go against the convenience factor a bit. I personally am doing this, and it's not a bad system. You end up refilling pods in 30 seconds after getting everything ground and you're set for a week. It also allows you to taste other flavors that aren't found in the Nespresso / Starbucks Vertuo lineup. Either way, I believe the Vertuo Plus is a solid machine for someone who loves espresso, but doesn't want the hassle of buying a specialized machine and worrying about stuff like portafilters and whatnot.

I had a keurig machine and it felt like the coffee was watered down and i found myself still stopping at the coffee shops and spending outrageous amounts of money every week. I did a lot of research in looking at the nespresso machines and which would suit my needs best. This is hands down the best purchase i have made. I havent stopped at the coffee shop since. The pods can add up in costs quick but no matter what i am still saving money. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new machine in their kitchen!

Almost two years later and still going strong. I absolutely love this coffee maker - it makes a great, true to strength cup of coffee. I didn’t like keurig’s watered down results and we don’t need a full carafe of coffee in this home so this has been a great solution. The Vertuo line is also picking up momentum and I’m seeing more and more options for pods in stores. Highly recommend:)

I usually am a Starbucks junky but decided to save money by making my coffee at home. I made the jump to nespresso to save money. Let me just say I am so happy with the switch. I love dealing with nespresso when ordering my coffee. They deliver it super fast and the flavors are delicious. They send a sample pack and I found my favorites. The prices for their coffee isn’t too pricey either. You get 10 pods in a sleeve, price range from .85 a pod to 1.10 a pod. Really far cheaper than a Starbucks coffee. Milk frother is an amazing add too. Seriously highly recommend.

After buying Keurigs and other brands of coffee makers; this finally seems perfect. It makes different sizes by reading the barcode. It is a bit pricey for the coffee but the coffee is amazing. Wife is slowly moving away from Starbucks and this machine with the frother included is perfection. Highly recommend for the cheaper Starbucks filler or those that like coffee sometimes.

We love espresso and coffee and needed an upgrade from our Keurig 2.0 that we felt was becoming weak for our coffee needs. The froth and smooth taste we get from the vertuo plus is amazing! Only downfall you have to order pods online and they can be a little pricey per pod than Keurig. But, you pay for quality and worth the money. Aeroccino makes lattes, cappacinos, even hot chocolate much better!

I really am enjoying this Nespresso machine! I had the Keurig before but I kept feeling like the coffee was too watered down for my liking, switch over to Nespresso and now I’m wondering why I didn’t make the change sooner!! I first got the Regular Vertuo Machine (SKU: 5726800) but I quickly realized that it wouldn’t fit my large (venti-sized) coffee cups due to the design of the cup holder. This VertuoPlus is perfect!

Totally worth every penny. No complaints so far. Easy to use and delicious coffee.
