Great Product but missing parts

No complaints there at all. I am disappointed that it was missing the sliding window adapter that was supposed to be included. Another thing that is a little irksome is that there is no way to attach a hose to it if the pan starts to fill with water. There is only a small rubber cover and a tiny 1/4 drain on the back. It is so mall that you cannot attach a standard hose to it so you can get the water away from the unit, or your hardwood floors. You need to put it in your tub to drain it. Be careful not to cause the air conditioner to not be level gettin it there either. You will dump water all over your floor.

Great portable air conditioner for me.

The remote with timer and makes it easy for me to set up for my schedule and not have it running all the time. Very cost efficient and easy to operate.

It is a very efficient air conditioner

It was very easy for me to install and I can easily change its location to make the most efficient use of it in the room it is in. Being on wheels, it does not have to be lifted and carried which is a plus for me since I am unable to lift large objects.
