Great size, base could be improved. Remote easy to use although a backlight would be better. Other then that, sounds good.

This smaller footprint soundbar is ideal for the smaller tv's used in bedrooms and kitchens.Top notch sound including great bass and can even punch-up the voice track to make even British dramas understandable.Best looking soundbar is a plus. Recommend getting your own optical cable if you want to hook it up that way. The included optical cable made a poor connection to the tv.

I am very impressed on how well the DHT S216 fills a large room (30x40) with sound. The bass is impressive for the 'sub-woofers' on the bottom; can be a bit 'boomy' with some TV content, but carries action movie sound tracks well. Overall it' has well balanced sound producing clear dialogue, good movie sound track performance as well as competent musical reproduction. The ARC lets you use the TV remote for sound and the Bluetooth works well to stream. The design will fit your set up looking very natural. Set up is very simple too. You'll be very happy with this unit and ecstatic over the TV speakers.

I knew Denon made good stuff but I am very impressed by the sound quality from this 2 ch soundbar. I did not expect such deep lows with such clarity in the Highs. Mids are on point as well. It does not replace my ATMOS set up in my living room but the simulated DTS:X this has is more than enough for my bedroom. We love to watch movies in bed sometimes but I could not stand the stock speakers of the TV. I will enjoy it much more now.

This is a really great some bar it gives you a real clean sound I really loved it really great for your a bedroom The sound is so good you can even install it in the living room and I’ll give you the nice sound I really recommend it for the price is not bad

Soundbar works great, I bought it to relace a Polk soundbar, it was old and blew a speaker, the sound on the Dennon is awesome, only thing I haven't figured out how to stop the power down when I pause the DVR.

In my opinion, overall, an outstanding, superior home theater sound bar. I feel I enjoy very much a wide range of sound, clear, crisp, and distinct. Cable music channels come in beautifully as well as concerts on TV. The surround sound feature is fantastic. Thank you Denon and Best Buy for making my life so enjoyable with the Denon DHT-S216 Slim Home Theater Sound Bar.

Sound quality is excellent and there is enough bass for smaller rooms and reasonable volume levels. This isn't going to shake the pictures off the wall but is not designed to.

The soundbar is extremely slow in responding to the remote. After pushing the button to turn the unit on there is a 30 second delay until it turns on. The unit lights up and does nothing. It sounds great after it finally turns on.

Great small apartment sound bar! The dialogue enhancer is great for sport commentary. Night mode is good for late night movies that won’t wake up the neighbors. The deep lows on Movie mode with DTS enabled is impressive. This a great sound bar hands down!

We love it! We bought it because we have a small television that is very far away from where we sit to watch television; and the phrase "What did they say?" was heard frequently in our house. Paired with a bluetooth transmitter we were able to put the sound bar behind our chairs and the difference is amazing. We like that it is customizable and was easy to set up. I would not hesitate to purchase again.

This sound bar has been wonderful. Replaced a 5 speaker system. Great audio. I highly recommend this. I am using with a receiver as I have a lot of equipment with various HDMI ports. Works like a charm.

Finally found what I was looking for; a sound bar with powered subwoofer output jack. Sounds great with for movies and without for music videos. Highly ratrd.

Based on comparing this to the small Bose soundbar for the same price, I love my Denon more! Awesome for small space; and I can hook up my subwoofer for chest thumping games!
