Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For an amateur music listener and listening to many genres like me, the sound of denon s516 is quite good, strong bass but still well balanced with other sounds, simple and convenient plug-in installation. What makes me complain is that Denon's application is not really good and for those who have never used soundbar speakers, the manual is not very detailed, but in general, I am still very satisfied with the money I spent.

The voice enhancer allows you to hear every word of dialogue and the mids are smooth. The subwoofer is small but it packs a punch and handles the lower frequencies with no problem. This soundbar is great for music lovers too. It’s definitely worth the money! I’m a big fan of Denon now.

Setup is simple and soundbar looks clean. Heos is fantastic. I love that it can incorporate with my Denon receivers throughout the house. Major bonus over sonos.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Denon has made the HEOS sound bars for a few years now and they sound fantastic! This is the same bar but Denon simply renamed it from HOES Home Cinema to Denon, basically putting their name back into the title. Now they did add all the latest technology making sure it will play high res audio and airplay 2 and more. You still use the HEOS app and it all works the same as it did before and can connect to anything else with HEOS. But these are fantastic sound bars, just with a few upgrades and a new name. I do professional home audio for a living and I install these all the time, customers always love them and are very happy. Once I show people how to use the app, which takes maybe 2 minutes, they fully understand and love it. I highly recommend these sound bars and anything HEOS!
