For a small speaker, these things have absolutely amazing sound!! They produce a nice full, well rounded sound. The base is well balanced & offers decent thump for a smaller speaker. Set up was a breeze! I ordered a 2nd to create a stereo pair. This also allows for 3 more presets. Was a little tricky setting up the left/right, but quickly figured it out. Pairs well with our Marantz powered theater system in the basement to expand the listening field to the main floor when we want. The HEOS app is a little quirky for some of the music options (mainly Tidal), but fairly easy to navigate. Only downside to these speakers is the price...they are pricey, but totally worth it based on the sound quality.

It is on the pricey side and if you're getting it for use on it's own, there are probably some cheaper options - but when paired, these produce richer and more vibrant sound than many 5 speaker AVR sets.

Pairs well with our Denon receiver for whole-house audio, and we even set it up outside for an outdoor sound system when we’re on the patio.

It is wise to avoid making outdoor use of your Home 150 a regular thing. The Home 150 was not designed to withstand the elements in the way outdoor speakers are designed to do.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This unit is better than I expected, As I looked around for a home bluetooth speaker, I wanted to make sure it had wifi, bluetooth, USB and a 3.5. The app is very easy to use and informative. This unit will even play music from my NAS movie storage server( this feature exceeded my expectations) Denon did a great job on the speaker and the app. I will buy another to pair together using wifi so I can have the same music up stairs and down stairs.
