The drone was in great condition and according to the flight log was flown less than 2 hours in its lifetime, so overall very happy with the drone and the price point. As a professional wedding photographer I am very happy with this drone! The reason for only 3 stars is that Best Buy does not require the previous owner to untether themselves from the drone before sending it in. What this means for you as a user purchasing the refurbished drone is that there is a good chance the previous owner’s email will always be linked to the drone, and there’s nothing you, Best Buy, or DJI can do to change this. DJI contacted the owner on our behalf to ask them to untether their email, but we have not heard back and probably whoever will. The issue is that the drone has a known “glitch” where it will basically just take off and leave and crash somewhere. DJI knows about this issue and will replace the drone if this happens, however they only will replace it for the person who has access to the tethered email. All of this to say, do be aware that you will most likely be purchasing a drone that will be infinitely tethered to a stranger, and if you have this glitch occur, you will be out of luck. Best Buy could fix this issue by requiring the previous owner to untether before sending their drone in!

This was a refurbished item. The price was significantly discounted. Everything in the box looked good at first glance. One propeller was damaged. I just replaced it with the included spare propeller. The remote had a small scuff on it. The mini 3 pro it self was in perfect shape. After installing the app and going through the settings the drone works perfectly. I couldn't be happier with it's performance and quality of photos and videos I have taken. I would recommend anybody that is interested in purchasing a refurbished drone to consider it.

Not sure what is done in the refurbishment process. Drone and propellers were dirty. All of the RC link cables were missing. Gimbal and camera sound like they would hunt endlessly and made drone very warm when sitting on the ground. After contacting best buy tech support twice i learned i would have to return the order to maybe get the 3 missing phone cables just to use the drone. I just bought a lightning on amazon and had it the next day since i had paid shipping to get the drone before holiday vacation was over. When i could finally connect and fly the drone, it flew and captured pictures and videos easily as a beginner and not bound to the previous owners DJI account. So i can add the dji refresh warranty over the geek squad one. Still cheaper than a used one direct from dji. Only time will tell if the best buy $499.99 deal was worth it. Firmware update may have resolved the gimbal issue but why wasnt this applied in refurbishment??? Seems like get what you pay for with best buy cheap refurbishment items. I would consider a refurb from DJI over best buy next time. My hands were tied with best buy gift cards.

I love this awesome drone that comes with lots features. 4K Camera makes stunning videos which are super stable and easy to control. DJI Mini 3 PRO is probably the best and fastest way for a beginner to start making professional looking videos. Initially, I was going to buy Mini 3, but I am glad I decided to go one level up and go for Mini 3 PRO, as it has 6 extra camera sensors for obstacle avoidance which is awesome for a beginner. My kids also love this drone as it is super easy to fly. Great drone to take with you on family trip in the nature.

I was very excited for this drone and have been waiting on a refurbished one to save money. When I got this, it seem like it was a drone that was bought and returned. It was in like new condition, but some of the things had been opened and the propellers came in a zip lock bag. The worst of it all was that it was bound to another user. Only the original owner can unbound the drone from their account. I looked everywhere on how to unbind, even DJI couldn't help. I ended up returning the drone.

I’m not even gonna mark a star on this one because I didn’t receive anything. They sent it to my address that works. I get stuff there all the time but instead of detoured and went to a whole Nother town at the FedEx officer wherever and marinated on somebody’s desk for exactly a week and that’s exactly how long they take to send stuff back to the sender, so just finding that out after a week I called them up and they said oh don’t worry we’ll send you a whole new one and will send you the old one guess what nothing I don’t know if it’s because my state thinks is trying to get our information through drones instead of TikTok or whatever but who cares the fact is it didn’t work it didn’t go through. I’ve been happy with other stuff just really miserably disappointed with this one because I need this for work .

Missing parts. Broken arm motor came in glued since the blade screw was stripped. No battery was included even though it stated there was. Return process was extremely lengthy. After return was requested it took over 15 days for a refund. I would recommend NOT to buy a used drone. I ended up buying one direct from DJI and couldn’t be happier!

Took a chance to get a deal on this refurbed drone. I could tell the drone was used but fully functional in all mechanical ways. The packaging could use a little care tho. Mine was just tossed in the box, no wrapping or protection of any kind

Great purchase!!! This was my 1st refurbished item I've ever bought and I'm glad I did. Everything looks nearly brand new and everything functions as if it were as well. So glad Best Buy offers such deals.

Hard to tell if this wasn’t a new Mini 3 Pro! Everything is working fine! I have several hours with it already, no problems!
