Short Review: Not perfect, but Best Buy made it right and I am satisfied. Long Review: Item Description Accuracy: All items present were in like new or new condition with the exception of the RC2 controller. The controller has a 3/4", hairline scratch that is only noticeable with a super bright background. The actual aircraft is pretty good. I could not find any permanent markings on the aircraft at all. There was some kind of diet coke-colored staining on the base of one of the arms but it easily came off with some cleaning. Additionally, I thought there was a scratch on the primary lens, but again, it was a smudge that came off with some TLC. Other than that, no wear and tear was noticeable at all. However, the package was missing the following items: 3x Sets of propellers (no props came on the aircraft and I was missing another 2 sets) 1x Intelligence Plus Battery (I received 1x regular and 2 Large Batteries.) I immediately called Best Buy and was directed to go to the store (1 hour away), with all items, to get the missing items replaced. Much like many people here. However, I went full Karen and wanted to speak to managers AKA someone above customer service and Best Buy is sending me all the parts I need. I am more than happy with that. The whole process to less than 1 hour to resolve. Functionality: All items present worked as they should. Binding/Unbinding: All components were unbound and ready for sign-in. Would I choose this product over a comparable DJI refurb'd drone (if it were available), no. DJI has exceptional QC and their prices are great. But is this product reasonably priced and did Best Buy do right to correct anything wrong, yes. I would make this purchase again if I needed to.

Decent condition. Had 1hr 32min of flight time. No instruction manuals. And one of the plus batteries were swapped out with a regular battery. The guys at best buy wouldnt do anything about it. Said they dont check the boxes when they get returned and if theyre told everything is good the items get sold as "geek squad refurbished" and only option is to return and try again. Still wasnt a bad deal so i accepted it with standard battery. Everything works great.

The reason why i put 4 star is because i think geek squad should of verify everything was in the bag before ship. I am only missing a usb connector and the propella guard but other than that works fine. Video verification pass with DJI and and only been activated for 50 days basically brand new. Not much hrs and no unbind, i was abale to link my account with ease and oh yea i got 2 yr dji care refresh. So lets see i save money buying used and got the warranty.

This particular drone had two broken proppelors a missing lense cap and it was previously registered . The parts are cheap lense cap $15. Extra propellers are supplied . The drone could not fly as supplied with broken propellers due to severe imbalance. To get dji care i had to prove the drone works by recording video of external condition and video thru drone. . Overall it is still a good deal for someone that can replace props etc. Funny thing i read a similar review ( i wonder if its the same drone)

I love this drone it’s very easy to fly and the pic are amazing . Very fun to fly ,I let my brother fly it and he brought one the next day.

I was hopeful that geek sqaud verified profucts would work as advertised. To my shock drone came with missing propellers, one plus battery was swapped wirh regular intelligent battery and drone didnt even power on. For sure nobody verdied the product before shipping. Called customer sevice and they said they won’t be able to help. I guess, i will take my business somewhere else in future. What a waste of time.

I was very hesitant to purchase this because it is always a gamble getting refurbished products. With that being said, the price tag of $800 (+ tax) was too good to pass up. The equipment (drone / RC2 / batteries + charging hub / pouch) came in perfect condition! It was brand new. I didn’t even see any fingerprints on the RC2 screen which was actually shocking. The screen is a fingerprint magnet. My drone was not bound to an account so I was able to bind it to mine without any issue. During the binding process (in the settings), I was able to see this drone flew a total of 0 miles! I have yet to use all the features but it flies wonderfully for the little amount I have had it in the air. I am just ecstatic of the condition of the product I received. If you are thinking of getting this drone, definitely do it. The pictures and video the Mini 4 Pro is able to output is glorious and truly amazing given the size and weight of the apparatus. The 360 degree obstacle avoidance works extremely well so if you are a beginner and worried about crashing your drone, this is the perfect drone for you. Plus, the software and capabilities of the cinematography is worth the price tag alone, in my opinion. DJI really made a bulletproof product with the Mini 4 Pro. I can fit this entire package (pouch which carries the drone, RC2, battery station with 2 more batteries) into a backpack for travel. I highly recommend the Mini 4 Pro to any enthusiast, beginner, intermediate, or advanced photographer/videographer. The only downside if you would buy this drone for professional use is that the camera might not meet an advanced photographer’s expectations. There are certainly better options out there for drones with better cameras. Please understand that for most people, this will certainly suffice and exceed the expectations of the average user. I am elated and very thankful I made this purchase. The mini 4 pro is truly an amazing product for all ages and competencies. The only negative I can think of is it looks like the RC2’s battery life isn’t all that great. If the screen is at maximum brightness, it really depletes the RC2’s battery. Just make sure the RC2 is fully charged before having an hour or two of fun and you should be good.

Purchased the refurbished Mini Pro 4 outfit after crashing my DJI Mini 3. This drone, unlike the first, has crash avoidance sensors which takes most of the worries out of flying it. The camera is rock steady in fairly gusty winds, even if it appears the drone is being buffeted. Video is high quality. Return to home feature is outstanding. Still learning how to use the various shooting modes. Just a great purchase.

Everything is included and in pristine condition. Only thing that looked used was the box. Two battery had 0 used cycle and 1 battery had only 1 used cycle. There was no account binding and I was able to bind my account easily. Still have about 10 months warranty left. Submitted video proof for DJI care refresh and got approved within 6 hours.

The drone was priced right but Bestbuy didn’t offer even the option to buy an extended warranty and Geek Squad also told me they couldn’t offer one. I would have given it five stars otherwise. I will get it directly from DJI

The drone was in perfect condition, no scratches, the previous owner account was still logged in, 2 batteries are new with 0 cycles and one with 1 cycle, 8 minutes of flight, I was unsure if I should buy or not, no regrets!

I juat took the chance to buy refurbished. The product looks brand new. All parts came. Battery has only 3 cycles and spare batteries 0 cycles. The only 'con' is that drone haa been activatws 130days ago, but u get what u pay for. I'm satisfied.

I buy refurbished one couse waiting time for new one is too long and you can’t find any in store cross all USA. Payed 1200$ and it’s damaged. Sensor for obstacles is broken and cause of that it shoving me all time something is there and buzz. I don’t have time to send it back and wait new one cause im truck driver. I use everything DJI and drone is good but i have that problem.

I love this drone. I upgraded from the mini 3 and its a huge step up. I've only had it a week but I'm loving it so far

Pros: 1) Drone was almost in brand new condition with 0 battery cycle in 2 batteries and 2 cycle in one battery. 2) Able to get care refresh Cons: 1) It was still logged in to the previous owner and the cache memory still had the previous owner's recorded information. 2) Also I ordered battery plus combo but got a regular battery pack.

Stated open box , still came like new!! , with no issues.

The dron don’t work! Have a 11 errors from satelite positioning module not detected. Repair is needed, gimbal, parts missing, hardware error, sensor error and 6 errors more. They sold me a broken and unrepaired dron.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this refurbished product. Despite being refurbished, it looked and functioned like new. The attention to detail in its completion was impressive. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase!

Bought a geek squad certified mini 4 and was not flying correctly. Turns out it had a chip on one of the Omni sensors and had damaged blades. Call Best Buy and went to a store and they will not accept the return because I was out of the 15 day return period. Only had the drone for 28 days. Now I am stuck with a drone that doesn’t fly correctly and no accountability from Best But. Don’t buy Geek Squad certified items, essentially drones.
