Well i have given this RC Pro four stars because it is extremely pricey, but amazing regardless. Very sturdy build. I waited a day to unbox it and link up to the Mavic 3. Why I dont know. It connected quickly after activation, and software updates. I disnt have to find a way to unpair my orginal remote. The screen is brighter than i was thinking it would be which is a plus. While the DJI fly app leaves much to be desired, this controller allows me to assign tasks to the customizable buttons!! Overall, ill build a bridge and get over the price, but with all the conveniences this RC provides ‘I’ll get over it. I live in a suburban area with plenty of trees and, wifi, and radio interference like most neighborhoods but i have not had connection issues at all. I like the fact that 2 of the 4 antennas are able to be adjusted for alignment.

Very pleased with new rc controller! Much less hassle to use controller vs Phone or ipad with standard remote! Much brighter screen than phone or ipad! More responsive controls! Easy pic downloads!

Purchased this $1000+ remote control for my Mavic 3 to replace the original remote that required my cell phone to provide the screen. Very happy with my decision. The screen is slightly bigger than my phone screen and the connection is just as dependable. It makes the process of doing missions at least 20% easier/faster.

Great upgrade for the Mavic 3. I am not sure I would have bought this for my Air 2s. Love the screen and controls. It is larger and heavier than the standard controller. Also, the fan kicks on quite a bit when you are outside... But other than those two issues, this is a great controller. I guess if you can get over the price it's worth the upgrade! Honesty, they should have included this with the Mavic 3 (or done a cheaper bundle outside of the Cine).

This has made my drone easier to handle without the annoying interruptions I would get using the other remote that required attaching my phone. What I did find out is that best buy geek squad tech support warranty only cover internal part malfunctions not external... im assuming this means no coverage for a cracked screen. Which brings me to the point of the size of the remote. It is bigger but it's formed to fit comfortably in your hands and the controls are just as easy to handle as a Playstation controller.

It works as it should, feels like good quality , screen is plenty bright, kinda heavy and very expensive! Compared to The DJI RC its not $900 better! But oh well. Probably wouldn’t buy again.

To me this is a must have accessory for drones. I'm glad to see DJI has made other versions for other models as well. Not having to fuss with a phone, tie up its use while enjoying a flight, and no cables to worry about plugging in make it worth every cent. The display gets very bright and is a great size for viewing. I get great signal strength and love the extra programmable buttons.

This is a nice controller but cost too much for what it is. If u have the money then buy it, I did and glad to do so...., but the $300 DJI Rc smart controller is just as good. I have them both so same some $$$ if u don't have the extra 900 bucks...

I'm very pleased with my new pro controller. Much brighter screen. Easy to use. 0% financing for 12 months made it an easy choice to buy it from Best Buy instead of from the manufacturer. Thanks Best Buy

This remote has served me well for nearly two years. The signal quality is great, and the controls just work well for me. Whether it is shooting a picnic or my son's soccer game, I find this controller to be the best match for my Mavic 3 and later the Mavic 3 pro.

I got this mainly because using my iPhone with the standard controller on hot days was a problem. The display would dim. Even on a 76º F day. This controller solved the problem even on the hottest days. It has better range and functionality than the stock controller and you don’t have to mess around connecting your phone to the controller. It does use the android operating system and if you are used to Apple devices that will take some getting used to but it works fine. The only con I can give this is the price but you get what you pay for. No regrets, I am glad I got it.

Great controller with lots of cool features! I have never felt safer flying my Mini Pro 3 at some of the longest distances or areas with high possibility for interference.

The RC Pro allows for a lot more ease of use options with the Mavic 3 from cinematic controls to adjusting flight settings. Having the built in screen does make life a little easier not having to connect with your smart phone. No more calls interupting the shot. This also has the new fcc and faa broadcast abilities too.

A nice improvement over the DJI stock RC Controller. Nearly double my range on my first test with Mavic 3.

Totally stepped up my drone game, expensive toy, but worth the extra expense. Must have.

I bought this to go with my Mavic 3. The standard controller doesn't allow the complex flight and camera work I need. This controller has both a Pan wheel and Zoom Wheel which allows me to fly the aircraft in 3 dimensions while keeping subjects in frame while zooming in and out. The other advantages include fast boot time, bright screen for outdoors, advanced antennae and leaving my phone out of flying to use for other purposes.
