Not bad, not as good as the first two

I liked the first 2 Dragon Age games and played them both at least twice on consoles. Started Inquisition on the Nightmare, with the intention to get the Plat, but wasn't having fun at all at the 1/2 way point at 40 hours. It is a lot of micro-management and needlessly long battles. I had to stop the main quest and just run around for 20 hours to level up on side quests (slowly) to proceed. Turned it down to normal, and enjoyed the rest of the game in a more action based way, less strategy based. There is almost no music during battles, I usually wouldn't think about that, but it makes the fights less exciting. And the voice acting is often at odd volumes, where talking to 2 people at the same time has one 5 times louder that the other, or someone says something to you and they are too far away to hear. But, over all it is an OK RPG that is worth playing.

Enjoyable game with my paths and interesting (but accessible) combat on the PS4 controller. Storyline takes a bit of time to get going, but still a solid game. My only regret is that I bought the Witcher 3 at the same time...

I understand the anger some people have on some reviews regarding the game claiming to be Game of the year and not having the content in the disc itself. I was also disappointed with the way Bioware chose to make this game. However, the game is no less than awesome in my opinion. Played the game once and am playing it for the second time and it's still just as great as it was when I first played it. Get the game you won't regret it. Looks like the future of PS4 games will be like this so be ready to be angry. The gaming world is forever changing, whether it be for greed of money or other.

I love the game and how there is so much to do. I'm finding myself caring for the characters and the story so far has been good. There are plenty of side quests to do and the combat is somewhat good. It feels like an mmo in some ways which personally doesn't work for me in this game but its still good and a great rpg. This includes all the dlc but you must download it as it's not on the disc.

Dragon Age Inquisition is an amazing fantasy RPG with a great battle system. Earlier Dragon Age games' battle system turned me off, but this system was very admin to mass effects battle stem with a few added layers. I've played nearly 200 hours of this game and started new characters to play as to see different responses to choices made. All dlc comes with the game in the form of a code and most be downloaded.

A lot of bang for your buck on this edition of the game. The beginning was a little slow to get into, but after about an hour I cruised through the rest of the game and really enjoyed it.

DA:I's base game was fantastic. The Got edition was on sale and inludes all DLC which costs if purchased seperatly more than just upgrading to the all in game that is GotY.

The game is a very good and this version of it includes all the dlc that has released. The game is really great and my only issue with this version is that you have to download the dlc as its not on the disc meaning if you don't have internet you won't have access to the dlc.

Run around the countryside and casually explore. It's not as focused as previous Bioware games, but if you want the more relaxed pace: jump in.
Unfortunately, the online mode (an attempt at Mass Effect 3-like multiplayer) is subpar. Unlocks are slow, combat a bit of a drag, and just overall bad pacing in the meta design and in-game.

Not the greatest of the series. Worse story than Origins, worse combat than DA2, but it has the best looking world areas and some of the best customization in a RPG. The game was noticeably rushed and downgraded for last gen consoles and therefore lost a lot of its potential. The GOTY edition is the only version you should buy as it adds more content for the ending and offers much better looking armor and weapons.

Political intrigue, clashing factions, elves, dwarves, and fantastical locales all served through a fun, but at times prolonged adventure.
If your looking to hurl fire balls or shoot arrows at Dragons while putting 100+ hours into a campaign. This game should meet all wants.

So you get all of the DLC in voucher form, but beats buying them separately. Amazing game, and graphics. Lots of hours of gameplay here, I'm sure I'll be playing this all through 2016.
