Not Great - But not bad either

Purchased this as a 2nd controller for my sons ps3 - Its not as responsive as the original and the fact that it needs replacement batteries and a Dongle to operate make it less desirable - if your looking for a 2nd wireless controller at a decent price than I recommend this as the way to go.For myself I would prefer the sony wireless controller but this one cost me $35 less than the original - thats why I went with it.

    A Good Alternative To Sony's DualShock 3

This controller was actually purchased on-site at my local Best Buy about two weeks ago. The shape feels comfortable in my hands, and the analog sticks, triggers, d-pad and buttons were all responsive on the games I played with (Valkyria Chronicles and inFamous). The rumble feature also worked very well. The only real drawback is that it needs three AAA batteries for power; last time I checked, the smallest packs of AAA batteries still come in either twos or fours. If it ran on two AAs or even four AAAs it wouldn't be an issue -- I could just buy one pack of rechargeables. It looks like the initial set will last awhile, though, so we'll see. Overall, this is a good wireless controller for the price. If your Best Buy has it in-store, even better -- no shipping charge!

Do not buy this if you are looking for a rechargeable wireless controller, THIS controller requires 3 X AAA batteries, thus making it an expensive alternative over time and not really worth the deal.

i went to a friends house for 2 1/2 weeks, and we played so much PS3 it wasnt even funny. me being the geust, i got the P2 controller. i loved this controller, because me being a PC gamer, i had to try this one out on the PC. it worked without a sinch, and it was literally 'Plug&Play". i am currently on my way to Best Buy to purchase one of these controllers for my home PC. my only complaint was that the joysticks didnt 'glide' as smoothly as the Dualshock, but it had a USB adapter so it works with the PC. not recommended for FPS games, but everything else works great.

I needed an extra controller for when friends come over to play, and the Radium does the job just fine. Its got rumble and SIXAXIS and still costs less than half of what a DualShock costs. Very comfortable design, too.

This remote although it looks the same as the Sony PS3 remote was terrible. My son was constantly calling us to tell us it STOPPED again. It would only work for a few minutes and then freeze. It didn't even last a full day. I returned it to Best Buy and purchased the Sony remote. Very happy with the Sony although they could lower the price since we spent so much on the system, or better yet, have 2 remotes with the system. It would be nice to see a big company who we have so many of their products actually cut the parents a break!!!!!!!

spend the extra money and get a real ps3 controller, i thought it would be just like the ps3 but its not, you need a flash drive plugged into the ps3 and you need 3 aaa batteries in the remote.

Requires a USB receiver and is generally junk. Save the money and buy a genuine Sony.
