Recently, I purchased a set of filters but ran into a problem after installing them. As recommended, I flushed the filters for two minutes, only to find sediment, floating in a glass of water. After repeatedly flushing the filters, it was clear that I had received a bad filter as I still found things in the water. I contacted Avalon, and to my surprise, they responded back to me right away. I asked for a replacement set. and Avalon had no problem sending one out. They sent me the new set of filters and a tracking number the next day. Top notch customer service! Avalon really came through for me and the new set of filters work perfectly as expected. I have never had any trouble before and I am a very happy Avalon customer. The whole family loves the taste of the Avalon water. I’m happy to say, I’m still a very satisfied Avalon customer!

Anytime I order from Best Buy it arrives on time. The pictures of the product help to make sure I am ordering the correct item. Best buy has things that you would not expect and that is a relief. The prices are better snd the quality is top notch. Thanks Best Buy.
