Initially I was quite happy but then not so much.

Works great for my iPod, I use the remote control more than I thought. But for my iPhone it would not fit an iPhone 5. It only goes thru the iPhone 4 with the adapters provided. I had to return it.

Doesn't work with iPhone 6

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have an older Sony surround sound system and was hoping to get a Sony dock (or Apple) that would allow me to play the iPod through the stereo. (All the newer Sony systems have one.) The remote is pretty cheap and Dynex is definitely a budget brand, but it works for my needs and I didn't have to give Apple any more money.

Our old docking station had a rechargeable remote and a display screen, which this one lacks, but this works fine considering there is a very limited selection available.
