This lens-cap keep was on sale for a great price, so I picked it up. It was easy to attach to the lens cap, and is working well. The reason why it lost a star is due to the design. It fits around the barrel of your lens using an elastic strap. This was a little tricky to position on a short zoom lens without blocking the zoom ring (I'm using it on a mirrorless camera). It doesn't block the zoom now, but it is in the way when swapping lenses.

I tend to misplace my lens cover, risking damage to my expensive lens. This inexpensive strap keeps my lens cap attached to my lens, so I never misplace it or lose it. Plus, since it keeps the lens cap right there, I always replace it at the end of a shoot. Every camera lens should have one of these. I purchased several, so I now have one on each of my lenses.

It is easy to attach on to the cap and it is secure. The band is elastic so it will fit pretty much any lens. I think that it could be sold cheaper (it is just piece of plastic, some adhesive, and an elastic band), but I guess it is better than scratching the lens.

This is a great little lens cap holder. What can I say.... It is easy to put on It holds the cap securely.. I no longer have to worry about where I have put my lens cover....nor do I have to worry about losing the cap.

Excellent piece to keep from loosing your camera lens. You just hook it around your lens and stick it to the cap, then when your using the lens it can just hang from it without any worry of loosing it.

This is the second cap keeper I have purchased. The 1st one was purchased for my Cannon PowerShot camera about 4 yrs ago. It is still attached to the lens cap & works great. I just bought a Nikon D3100 and purchased another cap keeper. It works great too. Very easy to attach & keeps your lens cap safe.

I ordered three of the Dynex - Lens Cap Keepers after a friend told me about them. They are easy to apply, and keep me from losing my lens caps. A win win for sure.

I find that when using my SLR camera I was always fumbling around with the lens cap once it was off the camera. This lens cap keeper is a great addition for all cameras with lens caps. Your lens cap is always hanging on to the lens it belongs to. No more searching through your gadget bag for a misplaced lens. No more dropping the cap or shoving it in your pocket. Of course, the only drawback is that you have to be sure the lens cap is not dangling in the field of vision of the camera when taking the picture, but if the string is positioned properly the cap should dangle downward and not obstruct the picture.

While this is very inexpensive it does exactly what it is intended to do. I won't have another lost lense cover again. Easy to install and works like a charm

I needed something to secure my lens cap for my camera and this is easy to use and install and now I won't lose my lens cap anymore.

This is an elastic strap with a string attached to a piece of plastic that is sticky on one side. You attach the sticky plastic to your lens cap and low and behold... it stick. If you put the elastic strap around the lens, you can let go of the lens cap and it wont fall on the floor. This is truly a marvel of modern science and at $7 it should be!

With my new DSLR, my wife wanted a way to keep track of the lens cap. This works great, and I highly recommend for any DSLR owner. The instructions recommend wrapping the elastic around the lens - I don't like that so I just connected the elastic to the neck strap of the camera right where it connects to the camera. Works great!

This keeps you from losing or having hold the lens cap whe shooting works great
