You don't get the app connectivity that you get with the slightly more expensive models. The thing feels extremely cheap for the price it is. I don't really see where the price is coming from on this thing other than with the name. I have two other Dyson purifiers both with app connectivity. There really is no reason to get this unit. Better off getting an older one for the same price as this or getting a new one that supports the app. This missed the mark.

It’s not designed to project cooling and purified airflow around the whole room, which sets it apart from the rest of the range. The Dyson Pure Cool Me™ personal purifying fan is not connected to the Dyson Link app. The Dyson Link app gives insight into the air quality in your home, displaying data from the sensors on our latest generation purifiers. As Dyson Pure Cool Me™ is for personal use, it doesn’t require whole-room data.
