This is light, compact and easy to use-even on the stairs It has great suction it does everything my upright dc65 version does even though it is a miniature version Would recommend this to everyone

I bought this one primarily to clean the interiors of my cars(car mats, floor etc). Very rarely use it at home , if I do it's only for those tough corners or stairs which accumulate dust and a normal vacuum can't reach it . It's light weight ,very handy , does a very good effective job as a handy vacuum . The battery life of this dyson on the normal mode is about 15 Mins and on the Max mode which I always use it on so it performs top it lasts about 6 minutes . I have had cleaners which had better battery life but pathetic cleaning performance , so it does not make sense having great battery but bad performance . I have never had a moment where it died on me and the job was unfinished , as it cleans the surface in one single swipe ! It lasts 6 minutes on the max mode but your handy job will be more than finished till then! And again you always don't need the max mode as the normal mode is decent! Iam just a creature of habit . Hands down the best handy vacuum I have ever had . Will recommend this to a friend.

I bought this on 2/22 I bought this because we needed a small hand vacuum. I didn't like what I was finding out about cheaper models and their battery life and power drain after a little while. I use this for everything. Kids messes small clean up on construction products. It's easy to clean and very responsive with power once I depress the trigger. It can be a little heavy for some women possibly. My wife does not have a problem but if you are planning on holding it for longer than 20 minutes you should probably look at something not hand held. Having some sort of a hanging clip for storage would be nice but an easy sacrifice to live with for how well it works.

This vacuum does a great job at sucking up dust. Instead of inefficient cleaning of fine dust with a cloth duster and liquid sprays, I purchased this mini to do the job. It does an excellent job as the dust is sucked up in no time and not moved-around like with a duster. The 15 minute charge is more than enough time to do dusting and other hard to reach places that I can't get to with full size vacuum. I did'nt know at time of purchase that the cleaning tools from my full size dyson fits this mini and works the same. That was an unexpectant bonus and sho;ws the engineering genius of dyson. I am using this vacuum more than my full size as it is convenient to use and provides outstanding results. This is one of my "best buys." I love this vacuum and highly recommend you get one too.

I bought an upright Dyson vacuum and got this for free. Very impressed with it's power. Lightweight and uses the same tools as the upright. Easy to empty and rechargeable.

This is my 3rd Dyson vacuum that I have owned. I purchased the first one about 10 years ago & it still works, but it does not have the suction of my new DC65 Complete. Best Buy was having a special that if you buy the DC65, you get the hand-held unit for free. You get what you pay for when it comes to vacuums. With that said, the DC65 is worth the price & this hand-held unit is great for free, but I would not pay $200 for it, due to the short battery life.

I have never been a fan of handhelds due to the suction difference with the bigger models, however this little machine does a very good job of picking up dirt. However, the 15 mins time limit on power is a huge con for me. My car cannot be cleaned in 15 mins. Although, if you vacuum often enough, 15 mins will be enough to maintain a very clean looking interior. 5 stars if it came with a longer battery life.

I love the portability and the power, Could use a little more time on battery though.

This is a nice SMALL vac. It is compact and useful to clean small things like kids dropping their cherioos or stepping on a cracker. I tried it in the car and it cleans ok, but if you have deep dirt - this is not the solution as it will take you too long to clean and the battery only lasts for 12 minutes....not enough time for big jobs!

Strong suction, large capacity and tapered to get most corners. The Dyson DC34 hand vac is strong enough to pick up cat liter and gentle enough to get cobwebs. The only accessory is the brush that is conveniently retractable allowing you to do continuous vacuuming while switching between brush and brushless. The MAX button is just that but significantly drains the battery. I usually have it on max. The battery life is excellent and the long charging cable allows me to keep it plugged in on a counter. I only charge it about 1x/week. The plastic waste holder can be taken off easily to brush out or clean the filter but mostly I just use the red flip switch to dump out the waste. I do pound the unit to get rid of the built up dust and dirt but I do NOT advise doing that as I'm sure I am risking the electrical soldering and other components of the vacuum. This device is great for getting corners, cobwebs up high (including the spider if you must), lights and the dead bugs around it and even the runners of sliding glass doors. Steps and the space between steps can be cleaned easily w this vacuum. Cars, boats, even bicycles can be vacuumed! there really is no limit. After I sweep my hardwood floors I use the vacuum instead of a dustpan. Summary: No cord, long battery life and a strong suction makes this an excellent purchase for yourself, new home owners and gifts. It makes life suck that much less

This handheld is powerful and convenient, well worth the money for a Dyson. We have a full size Dyson vacuum and this one performs to the same level of excellence. You pretty much need to charge after every use but it's far more powerful than any other cordless handheld we've tried. Great for vacuuming the car too.

I had an older Dyson: it had to be frequently recharged, and was difficult to empty. Not anymore! This new model holds a charge much longer, has amazing suction, and is very easy to empty. Voila, and you're done with small clean-ups, spider webs, dust and so much more!

I purchased this item as a replacement for my dust buster. I have had stains in the past and this item ranks right up there. Powerful suction, easy disposal, long battery life and light make this product a must.

This Dyson hand held vac is the perfect size for quick cleanup around the house, and it is the best vac I have ever used to clean my car. Really a superior product. Build quality and performance are excellent. I am very happy with my purchase.

Great suction on hard wood floors and carpet. Very efficient on wood stairsteps, floor mats and carpet in our vehicles, around my sewing area and quick cleanup around the kitchen island. Very easy to remove the dirt cannister for emptying.

Very good product .. Strong suction ... Can aspirate big pieces of dirt ...Food crumbles.... Whatever my kids drop...easy to clean ... Often use it to clean the car... Noisy naturally ... Don't know if there is really anything less noisy

This is one of the strongest vacuums I have used. Almost has the suction power of the car wash vacuums, which was the primary reason I bought this. And makes getting the stairs done a snap. Rather wish the battery would last a bit longer.

Picks up dirt and pet hair. Great for steps and banisters and woodwork. Was hoping to use it to lift dog hair from comforter but need a wider attachment. Overall very satisfied

This handheld vacuum is not only super easy to use, it is also very convenient! I store it in my guest room and use it for quick clean ups. It vacuums up dog hair great! I also use it for quick clean ups in my truck.

I've been spotting this vacuum for some time, and I'm satisfied with it. light weight, convenient and good strong suction. At first use, I tested how long the normal mode last, I used time up function, my result was 17 minutes. The only thing troubles me is that I can't tell whether it's enough for the next time use. I clean sofa and desk every day, but don't want to charge it every day. Over all, it was a good buy.
