i have expensive black hardwood floors. wanted something that wouldn't ruin the finish. it left dust streak marks. maybe with a little more practice this won't be the case. it's easy to use but awkward to store because of the shape. had to put on hook in garage.

I LOVE Dyson products and could not wait to get this! I have been waiting for a product that I could clean my floors without vacuuming first. I received it without any wipes. I called customer service, which was great, and they sent me the wipes. It is light and cordless which I liked. However, I did not feel it was worth the money. The wipes don't work that great and if you have a large area, you need more than 1 wipe. I returned it and the manager at the Best Buy in Melbourne was terrific!!! I will wait and see if Dyson comes out with something else and until then I will continue to vacuum and then clean the floor.

Great idea, light weight, worked as expected.... for 8-15 minutes at a time. I retuned the unit 2 days after purchasing it. Not worth the money.

Works great but like all Dyson products, it is overpriced. Good suction but wet cloths dry out way too fast.

I love dyson but this new vacuum leaves much to be desired. The pads dry before you can get through a normal 12 by 12 room. So you have to use numerous pads which are expensive. The vacuum capability is limited due to how narrow the openings are on either side of the pad. Vacuum cannot handle hair of any kind from short dog/cat hair to human hair. If you have a very small space and no hair it is maybe useful. I for one will stick to their previous vacuums, this one is not worth the money.

Portable, easy to use. Good suction. Cleans wood and tile floor easily.

I'm a big fan of Dyson and ran out to buy this as soon as it was in the store. After using it once, I let down by the way it works. The pads don't seem to have an even pressure on them so when they are done, some of the pad actually looks like it never touched the floor. The vacuum part get clogged with wet hair and dirt. You have to clear it our every time you use it and think to yourself "this is more effort then doing it the old fashion way". I'd take it back if I hadn't tossed out the box. I had big hopes for this product but it was really a let down.

I expected more from a Dyson. Pads run dry too soon and animal hair clogs in the vacuum part.

I it is similar to other cleaners using wet pads on the floor. It foregoes the need to vacuum up small debris prior to cleaning, as it's vacuum picks it up as you sweep along. Very handy, and does the job well. You may need extra wet pads as they get dirty fast!

The cleaner is powerful and lasts well on a single charge. The cleaning pads are awkward to locate properly and can slip out of place.

Love Dyson products. I have the Dyson DC44 sweeper and use it on all my hard floors before steaming. I love quick and easy! When this Dyson came out, I knew I would want it because it will sweep and clean at the same time. I do recommend this item. It is powerful and does clean as u go. The easier the better for me now!

Works pretty good,pads kinda steep in price. A swappable battery is a great idea the runtime is pretty great

Disappointed with product. Expexted more from Dyson. Too long to charge. Charge doesnt last long enough.

Worth it especially if you don't have wide grout. It picks up the dog hair no problem.

Dyson needs to go back to the drawing board on this product. For the price, I was very disappointed with the performance of this product. I returned it.

i give this a 10 out of 10. i'm pleased to add it to my other dyson vacuum products.

This product does not work on my laminate floor. The vacuum isn't strong enough to pick up hair or dust and the wet mop makes it even harder for the rear vacuum tubes to pick up anything because the floor is too wet from the mop.

We have only used it a couple of times....but it does work as advertised and we are glad we have it.....would like to have paid a little less for it...but we are happy with the product.

Out of the box came together easily. The battery charge only took 45 minutes. The Dyson DC-56 cleaned the floor without cords getting in the way. The unit came with six trial wipes, two wipes in three packages. You can flip the wipe half way to finishing and use both sides. Loose dirt and cat hair was pulled up and deposited in the unit while the pad cleaned up spots and dros. My recommendation to you is to get it soon, you will not be disappointed. As usual Best Buy had the product first and at the best price!

I just can't believe the battery only lasts 6 minutes. Extremely disappointed.
