Fun to use, cleans right away, not heavy, not too loud, can use on delicate rugs

While it has good suction and lasts awhile on battery charge, it is also easy to change out for portable cleaning. My only issue is that the canister doesn’t hold a lot so frequent emptying is needed.

We have had the Dyson Ball Animal+ since 2014 and it has served our family very well for 6 years. Now that we got the v11 Animal we couldn’t have made a better choice. The suction is amazing. Run time is not too bad for a 4 bedroom home and not having to unplug any cords. So easy my kids can clean the stairs carpet without out a struggle. Picks up our Frenchie hair with out an issue.

The Dyson-V11 really exceeds my expectations. It is lightweight enough to maneuver easily yet the durable components give a sense of quality, and best of all, the suction cleans floors quickly. It is not as noisy as corded vacuums I have used in the past, which is a bonus.

Light and powerful. Easy to use. Just wish the trigger was easier my hand gets tired.

I finally bought this vacuum after months of research. I have 3 cats and this model works great with their hair and cat litter. I love that it’s cordless! It makes me want to vacuum more since it’s so easy to use and is lightweight.

I am not the normal customer who might buy this vacuum. I purchased this for work to use while cleaning our corporate aircraft interiors without dragging a cord around. This vacuum has amazing suction, longevity, and is so easy to maneuver around. My coworker has decided he “enjoys” vacuuming so much that he carries it around the office area vacuuming everything on an almost daily schedule. FIVE STARS!

Best investment this year. I struggled with the price, but it’s worth every penny. Dyson’s excellent design and engineering team are amazing. I have a 2500 sq ft home and have not used a full charge on the battery. So convenient. Much lighter and quieter than my older model Dyson animal upright. Buy it, you will not regret it.

Light weight, easy to use and runs quiet. I can vacuum all my room on one charge.

This is my first cordless vacuum and I got it to clean my house that is occupied by three dogs that shed heavily. It has been working really well as it’s easy to hang up and charge with the included charging wall station and lightweight for it’s sucking power. Perfect for often cleaning and just general house cleaning with the different tools that it comes with.

I didn’t think I’d like it this much, but I’m pretty spoiled now. I have a nice corded vacuum that I literally haven’t used once since this thing came home. The convenience has gotten me to vacuum much much more frequently, like almost every single day. The tools make it basically a standup and handheld vacuum in one, so it’s good for almost any job. Really all of these accolades can be attributed to this simply being a cordless vacuum. I can’t say how good this one is compared to other cordless vacuums, and I definitely agonized over which one to get. I’ve had it die on me only one time - when I was using the boost mode for about 20 minutes. I wouldn’t mind a bigger battery. And especially in the room my dogs spend the most time in, the tank fills up quickly. I don’t mind dumping it a few times, but I also wouldn’t mind the bigger tank. Would I have spent another $200 to get those two upgrades in hindsight? Hmm hard to say. But I absolutely love this device. It makes cleaning easier and more fun than ever.

I really wish Dyson would simplify their lineup - their nomenclature, packages, and numerical schemes make purchasing unnecessarily complicated. That being said, this vacuum really does advance the state of cleaning. Compared to my previous models, this is easier to empty, is more powerful, and seems better made. However, it is considerably larger and heavier, but the laws of physics can't be denied - if you want larger capacity, you're gonna need more plastic, and it's gonna weigh more. A special commendation to Dyson for their packaging. I'm sick of cheap Chines goods that use styrofoam, cardboard, and other mixed packing materials, making it nearly impossible to recycle. This vacuum is packed really really well, and it's all cardboard. It's 100% recyclable (and I imagine recycled). They could have maybe reduced the amount of cardboard a bit, but I give them a lot of credit for eliminating polystyrene from their packaging.

This is the best vacuum cleaner I ever had. With a full charge I'm able to clean the entire house is auto mode and is really easy to maintain and clean. Even the carpet in the bedrooms looks cleaner and you would not believe how much dust, lint and debris I removed from the carpet with this powerful vacuum cleaner. I simply love it. Is pricy but you definitely get what you paid for.

The suction on boost is fabulous It is a little heavy but I think it is worth it for the suctioning strength of a portable vacuum Attachments are great. Really like the upholstery one Charges quickly. It is pricey but if it lasts for several years it will be worth it I am giving the quality a five but I have only had it about 4 months

Wow, I love this Dyson Vacuum. I love the freedom too. I've only used it once time and all I could do was worry about where the cord was, when there is no cord. I love the power. I love how light it is. I love how easy it is to store. And I love the looks of it.

My sister said this was life changing, which I thought was a little hyperbolic, but she is right. I am able to clean the floors in my whole house in 20 min. or less. It picks up all the dog hair on both carpets and hard wood floors. It's light enough and easy enough to maneuver that my 6-year old can do it. Our floors have never been cleaner.

This is a gift to my daughter in law, I tried it with small attachment to clean a car seat and baby stroller, it felt much heavier on my wrist than the older model I had V8 because the container to collect the dirt is at the different direction, I guess if you are cleaning the floor, you might not feel heavier at all. Overall it is a very good vacuum, great power and convenience to use because it’s cordless and does not lose power after long time use

I have a German Shepherd and I knew I needed a vacuum that had a strong suction for the long hair. This vacuum is perfect and so easy to use. It’s also pretty light in weight and my kids are able to use easily. Emptying out the bin is quick and easy… wish I would have bought this sooner !

I have been putting off buying a Dyson for... forever. They are EXPENSIVE in comparison to other vacuums. However, I finally broke down and bought this vacuum with my husband. Holy smokes-- I NOW KNOW what all the fuss is about. This vacuum is amazing, convenient, lightweight, and just feels cleaner to use. I can empty it effortlessly with one pull into the trash. It senses when I'm on my area rug or on the hardwood floors. If you are wondering if it's worth the money... you won't regret it. Also... I swear the battery lasts FOREVER. I still haven't had it die on me. Our home is 1600+ square feet and I can vacuum every room and MAYBE lose one battery bar out of three. This is an extremely top quality product. I am now part of the Dyson fan club for life. Side note: The sales guy at Best Buy was GREAT. I highly recommend going in prior to purchasing and trying out all the models and learning about them. We went in two different times to do this prior to buying. We ended up with one of the nicer, newer models, but declined some features and an extra tool because we knew we didn't need it-- which saved us some money.

This is my first dyson product and i was skeptical at first espescially given the price, but i have to say after the first use it was clearly better than any vacuum I’d ever owned. It picked up so much dust i was convinced it was tricking me somehow. It really makes me wonder what my precious vacuum cleaner even picked up and what I’d been laying on. My dogs fur is a special kind of annoying because it embedd itself in everything and is difficult to get out. This thing picks it up with no problems. The attachments are very useful as well. If I’m nitpciking the only negative would be the battery. I do not have a large house by any means and depending on the suction it chooses to apply it may run down before I’m finished but that is a rarity. Also it chooses to increase or decrease the suction for whatever type of flooring or rug you have which is a lifesaver.
