Holy smokes does this thing really clean up. I’ve had this for about almost 4 months now so far It really gets the job done. I’ve used It to clean hardwood floors and my carpet/rug also I love the car attachment. It’s light and the digital screen is very easy to read. I would definitely recommend. The price may be a bit high but you’re paying for perfect quality here.

As the previous owner of a Dyson vacuum - which lasted about 9 years before giving up the ghost (I was talked into scrapping it before I realized you can buy refurbished parts), I decided to purchase this little Diddy for my newish laminate floors. I was skeptical, as I did not think these things could be any more powerful than a decent car vacuum, but I was wrong. I purchased the "Fluffy" model which has the attachment for hardwood floors, and it is amazing as a Dyson should be. This conquers everything that hits the floor (cat litter, hair, dust, etc.) with easy movement and raw suction. At first, I thought the 30 min run time was a bit weak, but it takes much less than that to do the entire floor... If I had to issue a complaint or two, it would be these: the colors leave a lot to be desired (I was lucky enough to get.a gray one, but the lime green and bright pinks are questionable), and that the real difference between the models is attachments - you can have a roller, a hardwood or whatever as the base model, or all the attachments for an insane price ($600). If Dyson sold the attachments at a more reasonable price, these things would be perfect for everyone. So... my opinion? If you have hardwood/laminate/tile, then do not hesitate to purchase this - it is awesome. Or any of the other models. Each has its purpose, and well worth the cost over any of the other competitors ...

I am impressed with the power that the vacuum cleaner has. The headboard small enough to get under and around chairs. I use it on both hardwood and tile floors. I do need to use it on high power so I need to charge it between charges. That isn't a problem since the charging dock is easy to put up and always keeps it charged.

If there is one purchase that I would say was my best decision in 2020, it would be this Dyson vaccuum. Not only does it work fantastic on wood and tile floors, it also performs excellent on low-carpet rugs. It comes with a lot of attachments so I can get cobwebs high up in corners as well. The only downside to it is that if you use the high suction setting along with the floor device, you will only get 5 minutes of use. But on the low suction setting you can get over 20 mins with the floor device. And really, if you use it once every week, you don't need to use the high suction setting. Of course, I don't have pets and I live alone, so there's not as much traffic in my home as possibly others. I would SOOOO recommend this product over and over!

We have 3 cats and it’s hard to stay on top of all the hair but this one does the trick! It’s super light weight, powerful, easy to use, easy to store and easy to clean. It’s also pretty! Changed our vacuum game and wish we did it sooner!

Debated between this and a v8 complete, this was significantly less money and had the fluffy head I needed. The battery does not last long using the powered fluffy head on max suction, but long enough. I bought the tangle free turbine, which is unpowered, and with that on the battery lasts plenty of time for me to clean my whole house (about 20 mins). I really could never picture spending 300.00 on a vacuum, much less one that charge only lasts 20 mins, but honestly do not regret it one bit. I tried a few cheaper and visually similar vacuums before I broke down and spent the money on a real Dyson...but now that I've seen both there's no comparison. It's worth it.

Dyson vacuum is a quality product to own, great suction great power, light weight easy to use, only thing that’s not favorable is the battery charge I don’t think it gives the greatest amount of time.

In many ways, this thing is awesome! My hardwood floors are cleaner than they have ever been and I don't have any worry about them being damaged. It is powerful, light, and convenient. The issue is battery life. At best I am getting 15 minutes from each charge...which is enough for my small house, but it means that you better get it done quick because it takes a while to re-charge. I think the newer models have better batteries, but this one came with the hardwood roller, so I bought this one. I'd recommend you look at the newer models.

I love my dyson vacuum. It is cordless so you can carry it anywhere you want in your house. It is making cleaning easier for me, especially in my bathroom. My hairs drop a lot, it was really annoying to remove hairs on the floor before I bought dyson. Now I can vacuum hairs on the floor anytime I want easily in a second. The quality is good. Still working well now. The only thing I am not satisfied is that it doesn’t last longer than 20 minutes under the normal mode. I will be replacing it with an upgraded one probably in 2 years.

This vacuum is easy to use. Lightweight. Keeps a charge. Does whole house on one charge. Picks up dust dirt and other objects on floor. Super easy to empty.

This is a great vacuum for wood flooring. The fluffy roller is great and does not scratch my flooring. Love all the attachments that come with it.

This particular kit is the only one with the softer fluffy head that is gentler on wood and luxury vinyl plank flooring than the standard heads in all other kits. I wish this kit had more attachments like other V7 kits, such as the flex hose and high attachment. I ended up finding another kit (elsewhere) with them at a great price, and now have two V7’s. Yeah battery life could be better, but getting two V7’s for the same price as a single V8 is better. My only complaint is when turned facing directly down (crevice attachments straight down), particles can sometimes fall out from the canister and you have to vacuum them up again.

Yes the charge does not last very long but you can get a lot done with the power of this machine! Easy to use. Easy to empty. Would buy again!

I purchased this to replace my Quickie brand broom and dust pan because I have all wood or tile floors . I am satisfied that it works as intended. I actually have fun using it. BUT, in my opinion it has a design flaw. the exhaust port out the rear of the head unit has left and right vents . I am righty so the left vent always blows directly on me, and at times in my face, very annoying, I duct taped the left vent so all the exhaust blows out the right side away from me . Dyson could have put a rotating vent on this to fix it .and yes how about quick change battery a la ryobi. .

I purchased after a lot of research on what to use on luxury vinyl plank in my new home. I didn’t want to do anything to scratch the floors but also wanted a quick and easy way to clean.., this is it! It is so lightweight, convenient, and easy to use. I have used it everyday since I got it. Picks up great. The battery died on me only once, but I cleaned multiple rooms on Max Suction, so it was expected. It is well worth the investment. I love it and can’t imagine being without it moving forward.

Wow, this machine is small, yet powerful... its light, yet a beast at getting my house clean, I don't have enough good words to say..

I have only had this for over a month, that is why I gave a 5 star review. I replaced my V6 that broke. I like the ease of a cordless for fast everyday cleaning to get up the cat and dog hair. Yes, you have to hold the button down to make it work, but I have never found that to be a problem as the V6 was like that too. I feel I should get asked to do a review a year or more from now to see if I am still happy. The way I look at it, it should have a 5 star rating to start but can it last?

We bought this vacuum to help keep up with the dog hair that our botvac wasn’t able to get to. Since purchasing we have used it every day! It’s so easy to just pick up and go. We have used it for our hardwood floors, cleaning the sofa, cleaning out excess lint in our dryer, and cleaning our cars. Battery last long as long as you’re not using the max power but for tough jobs the max power works flawlessly. I would strongly recommend getting one of these to accompany your botvac as you will find many other uses for it.

Here's what I really like about this vacuum: -No cord to deal with -Handy charging station that I mounted in my laundry room -Special roller for hardwood floors -Very strong suction The only downside is that the charge only lasts about 7 minutes. That has changed my vacuuming habits. Instead of vacuuming the whole house once a week, I do a little bit every day until the power dies. That's about 2 small rooms or the bigger den.If you need to vacuum the whole house at once, I wouldn't buy this vaccum cleaner.

Great suction, takes a while to fully charge but lasts a decent amount of time. I use for my entire house except bedrooms and can do it all and haven't ran out of charge while doing it yet. The only thing I can say that is a drawback is it comes with a decent amount of attachments but the caddy that is included only holds 2 so I have 2 left that I have put in a cabinet. Wish it would hold more but not a deal breaker. Great vacuum and I definitely recommend to everyone!
