This bike has some amazing value. It’s very sturdy and the resistance options are pretty great. The only cons about the bike is the hard seat and the app requirement. I was not a fan of the seat, so I ordered a gel bike seat cover from Amazon and it’s helped quite a bit. The app requirement makes sense since the bike does not have a screen built in but you cannot change resistance unless the app is connected while in use. The app itself needs a lot of work and it feels like the subscription is it required but it’s heavily suggested. I will not buy the subscription, especially with a wonky app. But other than that, I feel like this bike is worth the money and a great alternative if you own a tablet. The value is there and the price is hard to beat!

I LOVE this bike! I originally was going to get a Peloton which a few of my friends have, however I was unsure if I would enjoy working out at home....essentially, I purchased this unit which is lower in price. The quality is excellent, it was super easy to put together and the online classes are fun and engaging! I am thrilled that I can use my own sneakers and not have to buy a special kind to fit the pedals. The bike fits into the small space I wanted to put it, facing my tv. I did have to change out the uncomfortable hard seat. I bought a $30 replacement seat and the ride is so much better. I also needed to add my own weights to the back of the bike which fit perfectly. Also a nice surprise is at the side of the tablet holder is a charging outlet. If you are on a long ride, this is a necessity! I highly recommend this spin bike. It exceeded my expectations! Now.... looking for a rower!

Got this bike last week and noticed there were some dents on the frame and the flywheel. How do go about getting a replacement without bringing it back to the store? Not sure if it will affect the flywheel. The quality of the bike is excellent. I would give 5 stars if its not the damages. Also, the delivery guys wont help to bring the bike to the room. They said either outside the door or inside behind the front door.

I purchased the Echelon bike as a birthday gift for my husband, and it has exceeded all expectations. He's absolutely enamored with it and rides it daily. It's become an integral part of his workout routine, and now he has no excuse not to get a full workout in. It's been a game-changer for his fitness journey, and I couldn't be happier with the investment

Overall this bike is very nice & solid. It has no bells or whistles. You connect your tablet or device using the usb port that comes with the bike. But the only drawback is the seat is very small and narrow, thus uncomfortable. Had to buy another seat. The bike is very quite & smooth.

All the features, very reliable, and good looking too. Bought this for my wife and I knowing that we weren't committed enough to indoor cycling to warrant a huge investment for a more expensive brand. (P-something.) We're very happy and frequent users, probably doing 4.5-5 hours a week of cycling between the 2 of us. She does online exercise classes while I stream shows on a spare 32" TV that I've positioned 3 feet in front of the bike. (For reference, I'm a semi-serious road cyclist doing 2,000 miles a year. She's not a cyclist at all and insisted on a comfortable seat. We're both happy with the bike and use this about equally.) We both benefit from the easy adjustments as there's a big size difference between the 2 of us. Only possible drawback is that this is a heavy unit - don't plan on moving it frequently. This is the right bike for us - lots of features - including some smart features (Bluetooth), yet we're not paying for a monitor or worried about early obsolescence. Take the money you saved from buying a monitor-less bike and buy an LCD TV larger than than any bike-connected monitor for half of the difference.

I like this bike, super practical and easy to use. The only problem was the seat is not to confortable to sit after a long ride . I bought a new one on Amazon fits and feels really nice. Overall nice product.

I really like this bike. I am currently having a squeaky pedal issue, but customer service has been helpful in resolving this problem. If you've taken CycleBar or Peloton classes, you'll find the On Demand and Live classes provided by Echelon to be a bit different. Different isn't always bad. I'm just not super impressed with the music. I wouldn't mind the music if the subscription price was less, but once my free trial is up, I will not be paying $40 a month for a subscription on a bike when I can pay Peloton $15 a month.

This is a great bike. It was easy to put together; however, you might want a second person to assist with the pedals though. I'm a heavier person but this bike feels sturdy when I'm using it and is a really good value for the price. It comes with three months of Echelon Fit for free which is a nice bonus. I'm so happy I made this purchase!

I love this stationary bike. It is solid and provides the support and tension for a vigorous ride. The electronic options are managed through the app and easily accessed and utilized. Best gym replacement ever. The sales and installation team were first-rate.

Great quality bike for at home. The bike is super sturdy and will charge your iPad while you use it. You can use it with any workout app you don’t have to use theirs. Put it together by myself in 45 minutes.

My wife wanted an exercise bike for our house that was comparable to the bikes at our local gym. The Echelon works well, and she enjoys it as much as the high-end bikes at the gym.

Very pleased with my new Echelon bike. It was delivered as scheduled, and I have 2 years with no interest to pay off my Best Buy credit card bill. But - the bike came in a very large box and I wasn’t sure if I could assemble it. I tried and could not reach the Geek Squad or anyone at the local Best Buy store by phone, and social media requests to Best Buy went unanswered. Thankfully, the bike was easy to out together- the assembly booklet that came with the bike and the Echelon YouTube videos were very helpful and I was able to do by myself.

This is a good bike, at a fair price without all the bells and whistles. You’re going to get certain noises from the pedals and the a feel that the handlebars are a bit loose, but if that doesn’t bother you, then this bike will do everything you want for the price. The resistance knob isn’t the greatest, but the bike rides nice and does the job. I would say more of a 3 1/2 stars bike.

This bike is excellent! It does what it’s supposed to do with a comfortable seat. I am very happy with my purchase.

Excellent of a less expensive peloton option. It is super quiet and stable. The app works fine, and from about 60 workouts done as of today, for some reason it got disconnected from my phone 2 times but connected again. Lost that specific progress but not a big deal. The subscription seems expensive and i use the Peloton app in my apple TV. Assembly was fine, some help is welcomed but one person can do it in about 40 to 50 minutes.

Great bike. We have a Peloton at home and bought this for our mounting cabin. We use the peloton AP on our tv for rides. Great bike. Would be better if it had a built in display but the overall feel is nice

Perfect bike for use with third party fitness services. I use mine with my iPad and Apple Fitness+ and it’s been great. My only complaints are inconsistent customer service (one person knows nothing, the next knows the exact solution) and that the resistance doesn’t adjust as quickly as I’d like when turning the knob you have to turn it A LOT to get the resistance up. No one at Echelon support knew that in order to adjust the resistance the app cannot be connected or if it is connected you HAVE to be in a ride otherwise it won’t adjust at all.

Bought the Echelon to help rehab my knee so I can hike. I love this bike! Great progress on my knee and back on the hiking trail. Did splurge for the bike to be assembled and treadmill to be taken away. So very worth it.

This is first exercise bike and I truly enjoy the experience of this bike. It is a simple wonderful bike with multiple resistance capabilities with no monitor. I am able to use my iPhone to connect to the bike Bluetooth to measure the calories, time that are fundamentally required for me. Overall for the price this is worth buying compared to other priced bikes.
