I have a small apartment (800 sq ft) so this vacuum does a good job in keeping it clean. Yes, it does not have laser but if I let it run for 30 minutes, it would eventually reach every corner of my apartment. The mopping feature is just a bonus. So far I am pretty satisfied and if it can run for 2-3 years with no problem, I will buy from this company again.

easy to use, really compact, and most of all, gets everything clean

Pretty nice and it actual clean perfect under the couch. I recommend it for thirds who have a wood floor NOT carpet.

Vacuum and mop doing excellent but some times it not go proper direction and missing some area. Based on price it is worthy.

Don't waste your money! This is the third robotic vacuum I have had, and this is the worst one. It gets stuck on everything, like an area rug corner. I haven't even tried the mop function and won't after seeing how horrible it is at simply basic vacuuming. It has three power levels. I don't know why because I don't see a difference. Battery life is poor, suction poor. You are better off just getting your upright vacuum out and getting the job done without the hassle. Oh, lastly the little front brushes you will want to order a lot of those if you get this vacuum not even ten days and I have lost two sets.

We love this smart vacuum! We have it linked with Alexa so we can tell her to start vacuuming whenever we want. Seems efficient that have not tried the mopping feature yet because I need to get the tape that goes under rugs so that it doesn't mop on the rugs. Seems to hold a long charge and can go over thick carpets like shag rugs. I would recommend this

The initial setup I found to be a pain. The vacuum would not connect properly to my phone for setup and took multiple tries. After the initial setup, vacuums great! Works better than my last push-behind. However. It would constantly give the error message ‘please clean my anti-drop sensor’. I can’t recall once there ever actually being dust or buildup on any of the sensors. Finally, while nice to have, the mopping capability wasn’t good at all. Each time I would have it start mopping, it would go to one part of the room and spot clean. It would do this for about 5 minutes before giving an error about being stuck. My final issue was the charging dock. The vacuum would consistently push the dock out of the way while cleaning, or wouldn’t return to the dock. The dock was placed on an open wall with nothing near it with the cord tucked away. Long story short. Good vacuum once you get past the annoying setup and constant errors.

My wife absolutely love this mop!! It cleans very well and is easy to use!!

This is the first of many that I will be purchasing. This robot is great,it cleans up everything and even goes on the carpet and also mops. I thought it would go in a certain pattern but it does whatever it wants but gets the job done,it acts just like my wife do that’s what I named her “Sessbot”. If you have the opportunity to get one it’s worth the money.

Good robot vacuum for the price, I don’t think there anything comparable for $250

In my experience, the robo ran for about an hour on a full charge with default suction before returning to the base to charge. Whwould then take roughly 3.5 hours before the battery was full again. I found that the vacuum could cover roughly 800 square feet on a single charge.

I bought two - one to strictly be a dry vac, the other to mop. Both lost their ability to charge after a year. BOTH. So, this will only last you a year.

Controlers on the app are weird. But works great no problems yet.

Best decision I’ve made! This little guy sure does clean! He’s my personal butler. I can’t walk without crutches, so when I seen this guy I had to get him while he was on sale. Siri and Alexa like to talk back, that’s why I needed a strong, silent type of guy to do the heavy lifting.

It is a good robot vacuum. It help with the household cleaning enough to relive stress

I like it! No issues at all so far. As long as cords are not in the way the thing just keeps going. The container that holds the vacuum debris is a bit small but not a big deal to me. Works great on hard floors and battery lasts forever. The thing went 45 minutes and only drained about 25%. Buy it if you have hard floors.
