Opening the ice maker and setting up was straight forward and easy. I was concerned with how small it was but that has been its biggest plus. I don't have a large amount of counter space and this fit nicely next to the sink. The first time I turned it on it was pretty loud and I was hoping that it wasn't the normal sound. After the pump picked up water and was running it has been quiet ever since even after needing more water. It produces great nugget ice that is of course chewable. The picture I included is how much ice it produced in 30 minutes and after weighing it (excluding the white basket) it was just under 1 pound so that definitely exceeds the 33 pounds a day. I definitely wanted one with a self-clean function, any ice maker gets dirty with well water and that feature helps keep it nice and clean. I have been happy with it so far and definitely recommend for anyone who wants a nugget ice machine without paying the expensive price for a GE machine. One other thing is this is insulated pretty well which means as the ice sits it doesn't melt as fast as my old ice maker used to which was made by fridgidaire.

A great, and very cute ice maker! Inside the box are the ice maker, a quick start guide that will get you up and running right away, actual instructions, a detachable handle for carrying the ice maker, an ice scoop, and some plastic bags to hold some ice. Not only does this ice maker look nice and attractive on the counter, it is extremely easy to use. Operation is simple: 1. Open the plastic lid and remove the ice tray. 2. Fill the machine with clean water up to the indicated MAX fill line. 3. Re-insert the ice tray and close the lid. 4. Plug the machine in, and press the button on the front. That's it! Ice should be coming out soon. The ice does stay frozen for quite a long time. I've turned the machine off with a full ice tray and came back six hours later and there was still plenty of ice in the tray that were frozen. It will eventually melt as this unit is not a freezer, but it does last quite a while. The machine also has a "self-cleaning" function which you can initiate by holding down the front button for 5-10 seconds. Cleaning then takes about 10-15 minutes. If you need to drain the water from the unit, there is a rubber gasket on the bottom that you can unplug. All in all, a fantastic ice maker that is actually quite fun to use and very simple to operate!

I’ve been using the Ecozy 33 lb. Countertop Nugget Ice Maker for a couple of weeks now, and I absolutely love it! The whole family loves this little thing. It produces plenty of nice chewable ice to pretty much stay full with two kids making iced coffees every day and dad‘s evening drinks. I will note that we have just been keeping it turned on, and stopped transferring the ice to the freezer. As the ice melts, the machine will just turn back on and make more. it’s a pretty ingenious design. Just add a little more water, and it will continue making ice.Hopefully the electricity usage is not crazy.

Recommend for who love the small size of the ice cube, it not a big size like your regular refrigerator make, it a tiny ice cube and it small enough to make it chewable easily, the tiny ices cube are making continuesly every 5- 10 second one the machine running , and just after 10-20 minutes you will already have a decent amount of ices for a cup of drink.

I honestly didn’t expect this ice maker to be great, but I was wrong! The ice it produces is that perfect soft, crunchy kind you usually only get at fancy restaurants or bars. The pieces are ideal for summer drinks—they chill everything quickly without watering it down, and they’re actually fun to chew on. I also expected the usual loud rumbling, but this machine runs very quietly. It looks and feels premium too—the stainless steel finish blends nicely with my other kitchen appliances, and it’s clearly well-built. It doesn’t take up much counter space either, which is a big plus in my small kitchen. After using it for almost two weeks now, I’m very happy with how reliable it’s been. I am quite satisfied with my purchase. This nugget ice maker is performing just as advertised: an easy-to-use, workhorse machine producing chewable grade ice nuggets in about 5-6 minutes. After the first batch, the machine continues to produce a steady supply of ice nuggets as long as it has water in it, which is very easy to top off during operation. The product seems and feels sturdy and well-manufactured. I didn’t counter a major design flaw that will result in easy breakdowns. Please ensure that you do not start the machine dry, without water, to maintain the pump's good condition for an extended period. The insulation of the machine seems quite thick, allowing ice nuggets to remain solid for about half an hour at room temperature. If just one batch is enough for you, this is a good feature. The front panel indicators and phone app are well-designed, user-friendly, and adapted to my smart home system in minutes, allowing me to control the ice maker via Alexa most of the time. The scheduling option is awesome. You can get fresh ice nuggets when you come home after work or in the morning.

This is the ice maker you've been dreaming of. It produces perfect chewable ice, just like your favorite fast food place! This ice maker is a powerhouse! It produces ice quickly and efficiently in its small footprint. Forgot to empty the ice you didnt use? Now worries because the ice basket drips down into the water reservoir so it'll just use it on its next run. It has convenient drainage holes at the bottom of the unit to drain the water from the ice making system and the water reservoir at the same time. The cord is nice and long as well. I would highly recommend this machine!

It makes the ice very quickly. The ice is in good, small cubes, and the machine comes with a scoop and bags for storage! I've only had to pull out the machine a few times, because it is easy to stock up on it. Would recommend.

The ice machine is working great. We just had a big graduation party and used it for that and it was great. We like the little cubes it makes.

Great machine , Quiet makes ice quickly . Love the self clean feature ,Size of ice,handle and drain plug. would be nice to see a few stainless steel upgraded parts, could use a smart app/ controll function.
