Customers frequently mention the sound quality as an area needing improvement. Comments suggest the speaker's audio may lack fullness and that the sound processing affects the overall quality. The system may not be suitable for larger spaces. More powerful sound reproduction is desired by some users.

Great sound! They're bigger than I expected, but I love the weighty feel of these speakers. I had some cheapo Insignia speakers on my desk before these, and they kept falling over because they were so light. That is NOT a problem with these. They're not going to fill a room with sound, but for desk speakers the highs and lows are just enough for listening to music while I'm working, or listening to movies or TV shows while I'm at the desk.
Bluetooth works great. So far I've had no problems with these dropping connection with my desktop like my old Insignias, and I've had them connected for nearly a month now. I haven't tried a dual connection between my other computers (I have another desktop and two laptops I want to connect them to) but for now things are working well on just the one desktop.
I'm really glad I bought these speakers. I don't feel like I have to fuss over them all the time like I did with my old speakers.

I use these speakers for my bedroom TV setup and they far exceed the sound of any soundbar under $150. Mids and highs are crisp and clear, and bass response is perfectly adequate for both music and TV shows. Loud enough to fill my average sized bedroom at about half-volume. The built-in DSP does compress the sound a bit. And they look cool, not like the big bulky square boxes you get with studio monitors/bookshelf speakers.

I have the Edifier Luna Eclipse speakers and love them. I wanted something smaller to sit next to a desktop computer that’s in a small room. I don’t know what I was thinking when I bought these. Physically, they’re actually larger than the Luna speakers but don’t have near the sound quality. I recommend the Luna. Yes, they cost more but the sound quality is far superior.
