Magnificent center channel with great sound. Big upgrade over my previous low end center. Particularly like that it is front ported vs rear as it makes it much more flexible when placing it and I don't need to worry about it getting to heavy in bass or boomy. Couldn't be happier. Was particularly pleased even after my purchase to see others find it particularly performing well when testing. Couldn't be happier!

This center speaker ties everything together great for music and movies. Make sure you gave available room because it’s on the large size

Firs thing, I don't consider myself an audiophoile, that being said, these speakers sound amazing. I bought the Sony core series initlally and while those were great speakers for the money, once I got the ELACs home and put on the same scene in Thor: Ragnorak on both sets, the ELACs just rose above in every possible way, quality, level, detail. These speakers are rated as the absolute best for money and they definitely earned that title.

Solved issues we were having with not having a center speaker for movies and modern Television programs. Replaces a smaller center speaker that did not match my “home made” speakers very well. Good quality sound.

A professional type who installs residential units in-wall out of NJ recently commented on how good this speaker is. I ran my entire system through the paces for him. This guy knows good from not so good so I was impressed. Very big box size is difficult to manage - I had to jiffy the lid up in the air of my entertainment center to get it to fit. I had a Klipsch center previous to this and have to say the horn tweeter was horrible. I tossed the unit quite literally in the dumpster. For MOST applications the 6 1/2 speakers are fine. I love the ports! Similar to the bookshelf speakers by elac it's probably 6 omn 87 db sensitivity. I need a more powerful home theater system. I only have like 50 WPC. I think it would sound even better with more power behind it. Much better - For example Jurassic Park. What is the deal with the voice characteristics? It's " something " I can't figure out. With all the options available - it's the best of the best as far as I am concerned. It does very well in a universe of center channel speakers that really do sound terrible. Try a Sony or Pioneer and you will see what I mean.

Highly recommend.I have two of these as front speakers With two 8 “ subwoofers. I’m very happy with speakers thumping the only problem I have is I have to turn them down because the wife won’t stop talking.

Be aware that this center channel speaker is huge. If you have the space for it, then it is an awesome sounding speaker. But if you don't have the space, look elsewhere.

This is a great speaker I just returned it because Elac did a sale on their UniFi lineup which is the step up from this one so I returned this one but don’t get me wrong this is still an amazing speaker and you cannot go wrong with Elac by Andrew Jones

Great center match for Elac 6.2 surround speakers. Reasonable price and looks good as well.

This was a very good purchase great sound It lights up my living Room I have friends over And they think I have Big speakers heading in the house I said no I just have the best They are going to buy some of these speakers for their home They say the sound sounds like a movie theatre and they must have that I told them to go to Best Buy's and get some

Overall its a good speaker for center. My only issue is that the the speaker seems kind of one directional. It sounds the best at the very center, but if you move to sides, it doesn't sound as good. Some center channels got over this by being designed a bit wider. I wish this one was wider and less tall but overall its a great speaker. My only other possible con is that sometimes the audio does not seem clear but its possible it is the movie itself rather than these speakers. Sometimes it seems muffled (but it might be my receiver).

I replaced an old infinity center with the ELAC- Debut 2 dual 6.4 inch 2-way center and the difference is amazing. The dialogue is much clear now in my basement home theater room. Im using an Arcam receiver and it drives this speaker well. I’m happy with the price I pad, got it for 50% off during the sale and I’m impressed with the sound it produces.

Elacs speakers make a home theater system jump. Great speakers, and reasonable price.

This is the slightly bigger brother to the slightly smaller ELAC center channel. Both have great sound (in doing what they are supposed to - be a center channel) but the slightly bigger speaker here does make at least some difference that was worth it to me.

I ordered this center to go along with the rest of my elac debut 2.0 setup. It's a good center speaker for the money. Haven't configured the settings to my liking yet. Gonna lower the lowest bass settings to elevate the clarity a bit and raise it to ear level using 2 rubber door stops or some rubber adhesive domes. Got it on last year's black Friday deal and definitely worth the money that way!

I bought this to upgrade my center speaker in my secondary system. I got it for half price during the holiday sales and WOW! I have since picked up the front ported bookshelf speakers to go with it and now my secondary system is rivaling my primary Klipch system. Elac is a great speaker and my first go round with them. Gonna be looking for the subs when they come round again!

This is a great sounding center channel speakers and compliments the L/R in-wall speakers that I have. The only negative is the size of the cabinet. That said, I tried a few smaller options and they didn't have the same full sound as this one. I highly recommend it if you have the space.

Seamless sound on the front stage with the B6.2 bookshelf speakers. I am very happy with this center speaker. The large woofers make for punchy and powerful sound with movies with clear dialogue. Sound may be a bit warm for some, but I prefer it that way.

After doing a lot of research, I came to this brand and I am glad I did. I had initially ordered it online but it was going to take over a month for delivery since it was back ordered. When I saw the my local B.B. had it I ran to the store to get it. Amazing sound, crispy every time. I also went with the brand’s other speakers.
