All features work as expected - timer, toast, broil, etc. My only complaint is the rack rails. Instead of running fully front to back, it has a front AND a back protrusion. This requires lifting the whole tray up and out instead of sliding it out. A couple times of your food falling to the bottom of the unit is adequate training.

This is a Cadillac Escalade of toaster ovens compared to my previous Black & Decker toaster oven. It's larger than I expected but it does more than I need it to do. It bakes, it toasts, it keeps food warm and it's also easy to clean. Only drawback is the gaps on the shelves that hold the racks. The dish/food can tip as you are pulling the rack out. Also, it is not recommended for baking clay. All that aside, it is solidly built and well worth the price!

This is a great toaster oven for the price, it is not very wide but it is high. You have to becareful when toasting because you have to set the temperature yourself.

It is just the right size, looks great, and works perfectly.

Overall okay - don't think I would recommend. Doesn't seem to heat up enough and rack easily falls down when sliding to take out food.

The few times i used it everything was perfect and still is food wise, the only problem with the product is the timer knob. It worked great the 1st couple of times but after that it stops counting down 3 or 4 mins shy of going off. No matter how much time i set it it wont count all the way down but its not a problem cause i'm always looking at the kitchen clock or my watch anyways.

Order was very easy and even came early. Price was right. Sales people very helpful

My old Toaster oven knobs stopped working so needed a new one. Looked around and saw this one. Figured for the money I'd order it and give it a try. It toasts up bread just fine, a little longer than wanted, and it heated up leftovers decently. As for frozen pizza, it is not very good. If you buy any of the standard pizzas in the frozen section, fugetaboutit! They won't fit so I had to cut them in half - pain in the butt. So overall just an average T/O. Look for one that will cook a full size pizza unless you just cook smaller items.

Easy to use toaster able cook bake and broil my food. Do not need a microwave love my toasty.

After having owned this product for about 6 months, the exterior white color has turned yellow from the oven's heat. Not wanting to further damage the outside surface, I contacted customer service at the manufacture for cleaning advice. Despite my best efforts, and following the mfg instructions, I was not able to remove the heat stains. Also, oven seams to run hotter than the selected temperature. Many dinners have been ruined.

I needed a toaster oven for my white appliance kitchen that toasts six slices and warms up food - this one is perfect!

Purchased this item twice over, the first time the toaster oven stopped working. Returned the item and then repurchased another - less than a month later - the top heating element won't come one when in oven mode. Taking it back AGAIN and will search for another. Good thing I kept my $20 toaster oven as a back up.

The product works great. The plug is black which was kind of odd.

The toaster and bake work. Just tried to use broiler and it does not get hot.

I have owned this for a couple of weeks now and am glad I made this purchase. I have warmed food in it, baked a casserole in it and make my toast in it. I was able to get rid of my microwave and toaster. I love the size and it comes with a nifty rack pull tool so the wire shelf can be pushed in or pulled out to avoid burnt fingers. I would recommend this for any one shopping for a toaster oven large enough to cook in, warming food, or making toast. Heats up to 450 degrees and broils too.
